Thon Maker scored three points (a triple) with two rebounds vs. the Jazz on Friday.

He looks like he has a bright future, but starting him against Rudy Gobert probably wasn't the right call by coach Jason Kidd -- he had four fouls in 14 minutes. Maker has only played 20+ minutes in one out of his last five games, so he's only a stash in very deep leagues at the moment.

Dwyane Wade scored 23 points with four rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks in 33 minutes against the Suns on Friday.

He had a dunk in overtime with 42 seconds left to seal the win and Wade raised the roof afterwards like it was the 1990s, which he had to explain after the game. "I don't know. It was an out of body experience," Wade said. "I looked at my teammates, they was jumping up, they was pumped, so I thought I'd give them something." The Bulls are sitting in the No. 7 spot, so maybe Wade won't get too much rest going forward.

John Henson was back in the rotation on Friday vs. the Jazz, scoring four points with two rebounds and one block in 13 minutes.

After three straight DNP-CDs, Henson was forced into action because Thon Maker had four fouls in 14 minutes. The Bucks were unable to move Greg Monroe at the deadline and the Bucks want to give Maker a look, so Henson's stash appeal isn't great.
Feb 25 - 1:22 AM

Khris Middleton scored nine points in 24 minutes vs. the Jazz on Friday.

He played 26 minutes in the final game before the All-Star break, so he could be nearing the 28-minute mark by next week. Middleton shot just 2-of-9 from the field tonight with just three rebounds and one triple, but look for him to bounce back in a dream matchup vs. the Suns on Sunday. He should absolutely be owned in all standard leagues even though it will take some time for him to get it going.
Feb 25 - 1:19 AM

Nikola Mirotic scored 20 points with eight rebounds, two assists and four 3-pointers in 37 minutes off the bench against the Suns on Friday.

With Taj Gibson out of the picture, it's a whole new opportunity for Mirotic now. Back in October, Mirotic was fully expected to start for the Bulls this season, but Gibson thriving and Mirotic flopping caused a change. The Bulls still really, really need a shooter in their first unit, so the chance is there for Niko to start over Bobby Portis. He's on the 2017 Mt. Rushmore of most annoying players in fantasy, but give him a look if you want to see if he can stay hot with added motivation.
Feb 25 - 1:18 AM

Michael Beasley scored 22 points on 10-of-17 shooting vs. the Jazz on Friday.

He played 32 minutes in the loss, adding six rebounds with one turnover. Beasley looks like the primary beneficiary with Jabari Parker (knee) out for the season with averages of 16.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 0.6 blocks and 0.8 steals over his last five games. His upside is low outside of the scoring category, but feel free to give him a look if he meshes well with your roster.
Feb 25 - 1:16 AM

Bobby Portis scored nine points with seven rebounds, one assist and one 3-pointer in a start against the Suns on Friday.

The Bulls said they traded away Taj Gibson because they wanted to free Bobby Portis. He didn't have a great game while his main competition for minutes, Nikola Mirotic, was very effective. Portis' inconsistent play makes him more of a 16-team guy until he can string games together.
Feb 25 - 1:14 AM

Denzel Valentine had his best game as a pro against the Suns on Friday, scoring 15 points with five rebounds, five assists, three steals and five 3-pointers.

That's career highs in steals and assists while matching his best in treys. On Thursday, the Bulls front office said they traded away Doug McDermott because they wanted to get a longer look at Valentine. So far, it's looking like a beautiful view for their 2016 first-round pick. Valentine was hurt to start the year, so that may explain the slow start. He's still not an add in 12-team leagues yet, but he's on the radar and should remain in the rotation.
