ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Falcons aren't sure if Julio Jones (questionable, toe) will play Sunday.
The Detroit Free Press would be "stunned" if WLB DeAndre Levy (questionable, knee) didn’t play Sunday.
Levy has been practicing on a limited basis since Week 11. All signs point to him finally returning after missing the last three months. Levy isn’t going to play every snap but should have at least a part-time role.
ESPN's Rich Cimini says Christian Hackenberg "isn't close" to being ready to start.
The Jets have no plans to play Hackenberg despite a lost season. Bryce Petty will start the final four games in place of Ryan Fitzpatrick.
ESPN New York considers Nick Mangold a candidate to restructure this offseason.
Mangold is coming off a career-worst year, playing in eight games and grading as a bottom-15 center at PFF. He's going to have to take a pay cut from his $8.6 million 2017 cap number. Mangold is entering his age-33 season.
The Miami Herald expects the Dolphins to re-sign contract-year MLB Kiko Alonso.
Alonso is having a bounce back year in DC Vance Joseph's scheme, leading the team in tackles (97) and interceptions (2). The Dolphins should extend him despite his injury history. Alonso is one of the few building blocks for Miami's defense.
The Dolphins plan to extend Jarvis Landry after the season.
Landry is signed through 2017 but is one of Miami's offseason priorities. He'll likely be targeting Marvin Jones money (4 years, $50 million). Contract-year MLB Kiko Alonso is also a candidate for extension.
The Dolphins are expected to release DE Mario Williams this offseason.
Williams has struggled with injuries and been a situational pass rusher when healthy this year. It's an easy decision to move on from his $10.5 million cap number. Releasing Williams will save Miami $8.5 million.
Minnesota is preparing for Week 14 with Anthony Harris at safety due to FS Harrison Smith's (ankle) absence.
Smith suffered a Grade 3 high-ankle sprain in Week 13 and won't see any action during the final weeks of the regular season. The Vikings are prepared to move on with Harris filling-in. "Anthony is a little quicker with understanding the different nuances of things he has to do," coach Mike Zimmer said. The Vikings D/ST will be a top-tier fantasy option in Week 14 against Jacksonville and QB Blake Bortles, who leads the NFL in interceptions and has turned the ball over multiple times in three of the last four weeks.
