Tyler Johnson finished with 10 points, four assists, four rebounds and three steals in 24 minutes off the bench in Monday's loss against the Mavericks.

Johnson is a solid contributor across the board, helping out with plenty of points to go along with a handful of assists, rebounds and an occasional steal or two. He also takes good care of the basketball, posting a solid 3.14 assist-to-turnover ratio in 11 games in the month of February.
Feb 27 - 11:44 PM

Luke Babbitt finished scoreless with five rebounds over 16 minutes in Monday's start against the Mavericks.

Babbitt didn't do much in the start, misfiring on his only attempt from the floor. He remains in head coach Erik Spoelstra's starting five, but he is doing next to nothing to help fantasy owners. Avoid him in all leagues unless you need a cheap source of rebounds in the deepest of formats.

Marcus Smart came off the bench to hit 5-of-13 shots and two 3-pointers for 16 points, four rebounds, a steal and a block in 28 minutes of Monday's 114-98 loss to the Hawks.

Smart was great again tonight, but Avery Bradley did return from his achilles injury, started and played just 15 minutes. Once Bradley is up to speed and playing his normal minutes, Smart and Jaylen Brown will both take a hit. But Smart has carved out a role and should hold enough fantasy value to keep him around in 12-team leagues the rest of the way, assuming you don't mind his consistently poor shooting.
Feb 27 - 11:36 PM

Kelly Olynyk played just 11 minutes and finished with two points, three rebounds and a steal on 1-of-3 shooting in Monday's loss to the Hawks.

Olynyk hasn't scored more than five points in three straight games, which is particularly concerning since Al Horford has been in the worst slump of his career over his last four. And if Oly can't get it done with Horford playing so poorly, his outlook for the rest of the season doesn't look great. He was really hot 10 days ago, but if you're still holding onto him, it's probably time to hit the waiver wire.
Feb 27 - 11:32 PM

Jaylen Brown returned to the bench on Monday, but came through with 15 points, five rebounds, a steal and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes, hitting 6-of-10 shots in a 114-98 loss to the Hawks.

Brown looked great again tonight, but went to the bench due to the return of Avery Bradley. Bradley played just 15 minutes since he'd missed the last 23 games, but his minutes should start ramping up soon. Both Brown and Marcus Smart should feel a minutes squeeze once Bradley is back up to full speed.

Willie Reed - F/C - Heat

Willie Reed (ankle) is dealing with bursitis in his ankle, but head coach Erik Spoelstra said he doesn't need a walking boot or crutches.

Reed is already moving around and doing some therapy with rehab, so it doesn't sound like he'll be forced to miss a lot of time. Hassan Whiteside started in his usual spot in the middle with Okaro White seeing time off the bench in Reed's stead. Keep Reed reserved in all fantasy leagues until he is able to make it through at least one full game.
Feb 27 - 11:28 PM

Avery Bradley returned from his achilles injury on Monday and played just 15 minutes, finishing with six points, two 3-pointers and three steals.

Coach Brad Stevens said he was "tempted" to play Bradley more minutes tonight, but the plan going in was for 15 minutes. His minutes should increase a bit going forward until he's back to full speed and his return will eventually hurt Marcus Smart, but he came through with 16 points in 28 minutes tonight. Bradley had been out for his last 23 games with his injury.
Feb 27 - 11:25 PM

Isaiah Thomas hit just 4-of-21 shots and 1-of-6 3-pointers on Monday, but still finished with 19 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and a block in a 114-98 loss to the Hawks.

Thomas hit 10-of-10 free throws to help salvage his line, but also committed seven turnovers, which tied his season high. Thomas has been killing it and is in the MVP conversation this season, but the Celtics didn't have it tonight, as Jae Crowder and Al Horford also shot it very poorly, combing to hit just 5-of-18 shots.
