Carlos Rodon (wrist) will make a rehab start with Triple-A Charlotte on Monday.

White Sox general manager Rick Hahn said whether Rodon needs an additional rehab start will depend on how he feels. In other words, he should rejoin the Pale Hose rotation later this week as long as he doesn't have a setback. Rodon has missed two and a half weeks with a sprained left wrist.

Pirates general manager Neal Huntington said Sunday that Tyler Glasnow's shoulder might have been bothering him before his start on Saturday.

Glasnow was pulled in the third inning against the Phillies. The good news is that Huntington thinks the injury was caught before it got too bad, although the GM noted that Glasnow should've alerted the staff sooner that he wasn't 100 percent. Glasnow hasn't undergone any tests and it doesn't appear at this point that he will, so he might not be sidelined for terribly long.

Logan Morrison (wrist) remained out of the Rays' lineup Sunday.

Morrison hasn't played in a week due to a wrist issue. Rays manager Kevin Cash said recently that the injury was getting worse, although the club obviously hasn't placed LoMo on the disabled list yet. Steve Pearce is at first base Sunday.

Tyler Skaggs will make his season debut for the Angels on Tuesday in Kansas City.

Skaggs has completed his rehab from Tommy John surgery and also from a shoulder ailment that cropped up earlier this season. The usual caution should be applied here with anyone coming back from Tommy John surgery, but Skaggs was dominant of late for Triple-A Salt Lake, allowing just two runs while striking out 26 over his last 12 2/3 frames. He's worth a flier in deeper mixed leagues.

Orioles optioned LHP Donnie Hart to Double-A Bowie.

Hart had three scoreless appearances while up with the big club, but he's clearing room for the return of Darren O'Day (hamstring). The southpaw figures to get another shot later this summer.
Jul 24 - 1:15 PM

Orioles activated RHP Darren O'Day from the 15-day disabled list.

O'Day has been on the shelf since early June with a nagging hamstring injury. He'll return to a setup role.
Jul 24 - 1:14 PM

Dexter Fowler is not in Sunday's lineup due to "general soreness," according to Cubs manager Joe Maddon.

He could just be a little sore after playing two straight games following a disabled list stint. Fowler should be ready to go on Monday. Jason Heyward is in center field, Ben Zobrist is in left and Tommy La Stella is at second base Sunday.

White Sox recalled RHP Anthony Ranaudo from Triple-A Charlotte.

Ranaudo holds a 3.03 ERA and 71/12 K/BB ratio over 92 Triple-A innings this season. He'll be utilized in a relief role for now.
