John Brown played 47-of-82 (57%) snaps Week 3 against the Bills.

Brown appeared to get back on track with 6 catches for 70 yards on 11 targets, but the snap counts show he was once again a limited member of the offense. Six of his targets came after the four-minute mark in the third quarter with the Cardinals in comeback mode. Despite the resurgence, there are still reasons to worry about Brown's role moving forward.

Bengals WLB Vontaze Burfict's three-game suspension has ended.

Burfict will rejoin the team this week and should be ready to go Thursday night against the Dolphins. Burfict's return will be a big boost to a defense which needs it.

Le'Veon Bell's three-game suspension has ended.

Bell will rejoin the team this week and should start on Sunday night against the Chiefs. DeAngelo Williams played well while Bell was suspended, but Bell will return to a massive workload as the clear lead back. He is a locked-in RB1 moving forward.

The expectation is Chargers ILB Manti Te'o suffered a torn Achilles' Week 3 against the Colts.

He will have an MRI on Monday to confirm, but Te'o is likely done for the season. If so, he will be the third Charger lost to a torn Achilles' this season. "Freak accidents like this, you can’t predict stuff like that," Te'o said of the injury. "It’s all about moving forward."

Pro Football Talk reports Cam Newton (ankle) "feels good" and is "ready to go."

Newton appeared to tweak his ankle in the Week 3 loss to the Vikings, but it does not look like it will be a concern moving forward. The real concern is the number of hits Newton has taken through three weeks behind a shaky offensive line, but the unit should have a much better day with the inept Falcons' pass rush next up on the schedule.

Zach Ertz (ribs) said he expects to be back Week 5.

Ertz has a displaced rib which could cause internal damage if not fully healed before he returns. He has yet to be cleared by doctors, but he has the bye week to get healthy. Trey Burton will get a good matchup against the Lions if Ertz is unable to play following the off week.

Dez Bryant will undergo an MRI on his knee Monday.

Bryant scored in the fourth quarter of Sunday evening's Bears shellacking, but evidently tweaked something. X-rays came back negative, but the Cowboys were compelled to do further testing. For what it's worth, owner Jerry Jones said he's "fine with it," but clearly nothing can be ruled out until the MRI results come back. We'll learn Bryant's status some time on Monday.

Cowboys LG La’el Collins suffered a sprained foot in Week 3.

He was immediately ruled out, suggesting it could be a serious injury. With LT Tyron Smith (back) also sidelined, Dallas is down two starters on the offensive line.
