The Pistons are reportedly "welcoming offers" for Andre Drummond and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, according to ESPN's Marc Stein.

The report goes on to state that Detroit has been most aggressive in trade talks involving Reggie Jackson, whereas they have "not discouraged offers from interested teams" for Drummond and KCP. Stan Van Gundy has proven to be an opportunistic trade-maker, and the Pistons could make a move before the deadline, but right now there aren't any clear fantasy adds.

Rodney Hood - G/F - Jazz

Rodney Hood (knee) practiced on Wednesday but he's unsure whether he'll be ready for Friday's game vs. the Bucks.

Hood said that his "goal" is to play Friday but he's unsure if that's practical. Players are almost always overly optimistic, which hints that Hood will miss more time after the break. He's been a shaky fantasy option while averaging 28.6 minutes per game this season, and he's struggled to stay healthy, so there isn't much incentive to own him through the deadline in 12-team leagues.

Thon Maker will continue to start at center for the Bucks, according to coach Jason Kidd.

Milwaukee seems to be fully embracing the stretch-five idea after struggling to develop an effective center rotation with John Henson, Greg Monroe, and the recently-traded Miles Plumlee. In seven starts this season, Maker is averaging 7.3 points, 1.3 triples, 3.7 rebounds, 0.6 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.6 blocks.

Dwyane Wade (bruised right wrist) intends to play vs. the Suns on Friday.

Fantasy owners can expect Wade to play, but it never hurts to keep an eye on the injury report. Wade said that his wrist feels "a lot better" but will still be sore, suggesting that he's not 100 percent recovered. His fantasy value is safe as long as he's healthy, and it should only improve if the Bulls part ways with Jimmy Butler before Thursday's deadline.

Tyreke Evans (knee) said that he will remain on a minute-limit with the Kings, but he's not sure if the restriction will continue until the end of the season.

Evans said he'd play "about 27" minutes per game, after being traded to the Kings as part of the DeMarcus Cousins deal. Health has been the biggest impediment to his value throughout his NBA career, and during his first season in New Orleans he carved out late-round value in just 28.1 minutes per game. He's a decent stash in the hopes that he stays healthy and the Kings opt to play him substantial minutes in a contract year.

The Nets are expected to waive G Marcus Thornton.

Thornton was part of the deal that brought Bojan Bogdanovic to the Wizards on Wednesday. He was never expected to have a significant role on a young, rebuilding team, and this report confirms that fantasy owners can ignore him.

Zaza Pachulia (shoulder) said he's "ready now" to return from his injury after the All-Star break.

The Warriors' first game is Thursday vs. the Clippers and it sounds like Pachulia will be ready to go. Steve Kerr didn't commit to starting him once he's healthy, but either way it's bad news for JaVale McGee. Pachulia said that he could have returned before the All-Star break if it were the playoffs, but he was still sore and the Warriors erred on the side of caution.

Patrick Patterson (knee) looked good during Wednesday's practice, according to coach Dwane Casey, and he's expected to play on Friday.

Patterson missed the Raptors' final six games before the break, and he's had 12 DNPs in Toronto's past 19 games. His return to health is great news for the team's frontcourt depth, but most fantasy owners won't care now that Serge Ibaka has slotted into the starting PF job.
