Vikings RT Mike Remmers (back) and C Pat Elflein (shoulder) got in limited practices Wednesday.

Both sat out last week, and Remmers has been sidelined for the last five games. It looks like both are on track to return, which is good news with LT Riley Reiff (ankle) likely to sit this week.

Browns S Jabrill Peppers (knee) returned to a limited practice Wednesday.

The first-round safety was forced to sit out last week, but this practice puts him on track for a return. Peppers has been disappointing as a rookie.

Saints coach Sean Payton said he expects Alvin Kamara (concussion) to play Week 15 against the Jets.

Kamara expects the same after getting in a full practice Wednesday, saying he is "good to go." The Saints have ridden the running game hard during their wins this season, and they are 16-point home favorites over the Jets. That means both Kamara and Mark Ingram should get more than their fair share of touches. Both are top-five fantasy options.

Panthers RG Trai Turner (concussion) did not practice Wednesday.

Turner played every snap Week 14 against the Vikings, but he was placed in the concussion protocol Monday after complaining of symptoms. This missed practice makes it unlikely he is able to suit up against the Packers. Tyler Larsen or Amini Silatolu will replace Turner if he cannot play.

Speaking on ESPN's SC6, Robert Griffin III said he has not "given up on" finding a team this season.

"I love football. I miss the game," Griffin said. "There are some teams that need help and may need help going into the playoffs." The former No. 2 overall pick added he had offers from the Cardinals and Ravens in the offseason, but he turned them down because they were not the "right fit." It seems unlikely he gets a shot before the end of the season, but it sounds like he will be actively seeking a job in the spring.
Dec 14 - 9:02 AM

Panthers SCB Captain Munnerlyn walked out of Wednesday's practice over disappointment about his role in the game plan.

Munnerlyn told reporters his early exit was not because of injury or illness before saying they can ask coach Ron Rivera about it. On pace to play under 50 percent of the defensive snaps, the corner has been upset about his workload all season, although he did see a bump in snaps last week with LB Shaq Thompson (foot) sidelined. It sounds like his role was going to be scaled back again this week, and he is not happy about it. Munnerlyn signed a four-year, $17.5 million contract in March.

Jets coach Todd Bowles said Christian Hackenberg will not play this season unless Bryce Petty suffers an injury.

The aftermath of Josh McCown's season-ending injury would seem like the perfect time to get a second-round sophomore who has yet to play a single snap in the regular season some work, but the coach sees it differently. "We got people at every position that want to play," Bowles said. "We’re not jumping people over people just to play considering anything. Bryce is our starter." With the Saints, Chargers, and Patriots left on the schedule, Petty is going to struggle, opening up the possibility if not likelihood Hackenberg gets a shot over the next three games. Still, not playing him now says everything about his future.

Jimmy Graham (ankle) was limited at Wednesday's practice.

Graham rarely practices on Wednesday, so this was actually more work than he usually gets. He's looking to bounce back after putting up a goose egg in Sunday's loss to Jacksonville.
