NFL Network's Stacey Dales reports Tony Gonzalez (toe) is expected to play Sunday versus Green Bay.
Not a shock. Gonzalez is listed as questionable, but his status has never been in doubt. He's Rotoworld's No. 7 tight end for Week 14.
NFL Network's Albert Breer reports Stevan Ridley is expected to be active for Week 14 against the Browns.
Multiple media outlets have had similar reports, including ESPN's Adam Schefter, ESPN Boston, and MassLive.com. Ridley was a healthy scratch last week but should play a minor role as LeGarrette Blount's backup at the "big back" position on early downs. Ridley is not a fantasy option for Week 14.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Vincent Jackson (leg) expects to play Sunday against the Bills.
Jackson is a quick healer. He'll go through a pregame workout, but all indications are that he'll suit up despite being listed as questionable. Jackson is on the back end of the WR1 radar this week against a leaky Buffalo secondary.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Andre Ellington (knee) is expected to play Sunday against the Rams.
This comes as no surprise. Ellington practiced Thursday and Friday after sitting out last week's game and missing Wednesday's practice. The Cardinals list him as probable on the injury report. Coach Bruce Arians said Ellington "looked like he was back to normal," but he's nothing more than a flex play.
ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport both report Reggie Bush (calf) is expected to play Sunday against the Eagles.
Bush popped up on the injury report Wednesday, failing to practice altogether. He progressed throughout the week, getting in some practice reps on Thursday and Friday. The Lions listed him as questionable for Week 14, but Bush's status was never in real danger. He's Rotoworld's No. 7 running back this week.
Carson Palmer (elbow) confirmed to NFL Network's Mike Silver via text message that he'll play Sunday against the Rams.
Asked whether he's good to go, Palmer replied, "Yessir." Palmer hurt his right (throwing) elbow last Sunday against the Eagles and was limited in practice all week. He has a tasty matchup against the Rams this week. But at less than 100 percent, he's hard to trust. Palmer is our No. 17 quarterback for Week 14.
Stevan Ridley is expected to be active for Sunday's game against the Browns.
Ridley was a healthy inactive last week due to his fumbling issues. It's not known what kind of role he'll be given if he manages to play, but he'll likely be behind early down back LeGarrette Blount for carries. Shane Vereen remains the only Patriots running back worth starting for fantasy purposes in Week 14.
Browns rookie CB Leon McFadden is expected to see more playing time in Week 14 against the Patriots.
McFadden has been getting snaps as a safety in dime packages over the last two weeks and will take over as the No. 3 corner for the rest of the season with Chris Owens on injured reserve. "He has my trust to go into a game," DC Ray Horton said. "He’s prepared hard. Worked hard on the field, and earned his chance. He is one of our starters-in-waiting, and I expect him to do well."
