Thaddeus Young (wrist) is listed as questionable for Friday's game vs. Memphis, but said he is "leaning" toward playing.

Young has missed each of the Pacers last eight games after injuring his wrist in a nasty spill back on February 3rd in Brooklyn. Lavoy Allen (knee) is also listed as questionable for Friday. Kevin Seraphin would soak up extra minutes if either Young or Allen don't play.

Ersan Ilyasova is expected to make his Hawks debut Friday night vs. Miami.

Ilyasova's fantasy value took a major hit as a result of the trade that sent him from Philly to Atlanta. He was averaging over 27 minutes per game for the Sixers, but won't approach that amount of playing time with the Hawks now that he is backing up Paul Millsap. We should have a better feel of where Ilyasova fits in the Atlanta rotation after Friday night's contest.

Jarrett Jack has agreed to a 10-day contract with the New Orleans Pelicans.

Jack has not appeared in an NBA game since he tore his ACL while playing for the Nets in January of 2016. The signing makes sense, as New Orleans had a need for a guard after trading away Tyreke Evans and Langston Galloway in the DeMarcus Cousins deal. Still, Jack can be left on the waiver wire until he proves he is healthy and can still be productive.

Sixers GM Bryan Colangelo announced on Friday that Ben Simmons will not play this season, as his foot has not yet fully healed.

It's a tough blow for the Sixers, as they were hoping to get at least a glimpse of the first overall pick in the 2016 draft over the final month of the season. Simmons suffered a Jones fracture back in October. There was not timeline given initially, but Simmons had progressed to the point where he was recently participating in limited portions of practice. However, after consulting with team physicians, the Sixers decided it was best to sideline him for the entire season. If you had stashed Simmons on your roster in re-draft leagues, he can now be cut loose.

A number of title contenders will pursue Andrew Bogut once he clears waivers.

The Akron Beacon Journal reports that the Warriors, Cavs and Rockets will all be among the teams in pursuit of Bogut once he becomes a free agent. From a fantasy standpoint, Bogut is not nearly as hot a commodity. Regardless of where he lands, Bogut will likely see limited minutes off the bench over the rest of the regular season, as his new team will do their best to keep him fresh for the playoffs.

Gerald Green (heel) will not play Friday vs. Toronto.

Green is averaging just 11.4 minutes per game for the Celtics this season. Terry Rozier and Marcus Smart might see a small bump in playing time on Friday.

Jeremy Lin (hamstring) is not listed on the injury report and is expected to play Friday night vs. the Nuggets.

Lin has not appeared in a game since the day after Christmas. And he has played in just seven games since the start of November. Being injury prone obviously makes him a risky add, especially because the Nets will err on the side of caution and limit his minutes the rest of the way. However, he has averaged 13.9 points, 5.8 assists, 3.1 rebounds, 1.3 treys and 1.3 steals in the 12 games he's played in this season. He's worth a flier if you have room on your roster.

Nerlens Noel is not expected to make his Mavs debut on Friday night vs. Minnesota.

Noel is listed as out and not yet with the team. The Mavs next game is Saturday night at home vs. the Pelicans. Noel's fantasy stock has received a major boost via the trade to Dallas, especially since the Mavs have waived Andrew Bogut. In fact, it could be argued Noel is one of the biggest winners among all players on the move at the deadline. Considering Dallas traded for Noel with the intention of signing him long-term, Noel is expected to be installed as the starter and play heavy minutes immediately.
