Browns CB K'Waun Williams (concussion) is expected to play Week 5 against the Ravens.
Williams has missed the last two games with a concussion, but he was cleared to practice on Wednesday. Barring any setbacks, Williams will be back against Baltimore. Williams was playing well as the Browns' primary slot corner before going down.
Jaguars WR Allen Hurns (ankle, thigh) returned to practice Thursday.
Hurns is on track to play this week against the Bucs. He will be a WR3 in that matchup.
Patriots signed RB Dion Lewis to a two-year, $4.4 million extension through 2017.
The deal includes a $600,000 signing bonus as well as $2 million in base salary and $1.8 million in possible incentives in 2016 and 2017. Signed to a futures contract last December, Lewis took hold of the starting running back job in New England with a strong training camp and preseason. Lewis has 325 total yards and two touchdowns through three games this season.
DeSean Jackson (hamstring) participated in individual drills on Thursday.
It is the second day in a row he has seen work, though he will likely be listed as a limited participant again. Jackson has said it is "possible" he returns this week, but it is more likely he sits out another game. Jamison Crowder has 18 targets the last two games and could see another big workload if Jackson misses.
Redskins TE Jordan Reed (concussion) did not practice Thursday.
He also missed Wednesday's session. It would be extremely surprising if Reed is able to play this weekend. Derek Carrier will fill in if Reed is forced to sit.
Bills WR Sammy Watkins (calf) is participating in individual drills on Thursday.
Watkins stretched to the side during warmups but reportedly saw some snaps with the wide receivers during individual drills. He will likely be listed as limited on the practice report. Though any involvement is a good sign for Watkins, it is still unlikely he plays this week.
Bills RB Karlos Williams (concussion) is not practicing on Thursday.
LeSean McCoy (hamstring) is not at practice either. Both Williams and McCoy are trending towards missing Week 5, which would leave Boobie Dixon as the lead back for Buffalo. Dixon should see at least 15 carries as the primary back, but he has zero yards on eight carries so far this year and a 3.4 YPC in his career. He will be hard to trust as an RB2 even in a good matchup.
Lions signed DT Ishmaa'ily Kitchen.
DE Phillip Hunt was waived in a corresponding move. Kitchen will provide depth with Tyrunn Walker (ankle) out for the season and Haloti Ngata questionable with a calf injury.
