The Miami Herald reports the Dolphins' coaching staff is meeting Monday afternoon to "weigh" benching Ryan Tannehill for Week 4.

Per reporter Armando Salguero, a change "is not certain," but a real possibility. Coach Joe Philbin was simultaneously blunt and evasive in Monday's presser, declining to say he was planning to bench Tannehill, but also refusing any opportunity to throw a lifeline his quarterback's way. Tannehill has regressed instead of progressed this season, but the Dolphins would be better off committing to the run instead of going with backup Matt Moore. Tannehill is struggling, but he's still easily the Dolphins' best bet to manage games.

FOX Sports reports Vincent Jackson suffered a "small fracture in his wrist" during last week's 56-14 loss to the Falcons, but plans to play through it.

Jackson apparently suffered the injury on the Bucs' second series, which was before either of his two catches. It's obviously far from ideal, but it shouldn't be an issue that knocks V-Jax any farther down the fantasy ranks. With Mike Glennon likely taking over for Josh McCown (thumb) in Week 4, Jackson is a boom-or-bust WR2.

Bengals RB Rex Burkhead (knee) will resume practicing this week.

Burkhead should be ready to return following the Bengals' Week 4 bye. He'll slot in as the Bengals' No. 4 back behind Giovani Bernard, Jeremy Hill and Cedric Peerman.
Sep 22 - 2:15 PM

Marvin Jones (foot) will resume practicing this week.

Jones remains on track to return following the Bengals' Week 4 bye. With Mohamed Sanu playing well opposite A.J. Green, Jones should begin his 2014 as the Bengals' No. 3 receiver, but one with the ability to overtake Sanu. He's a high-upside WR5 stash.

Saints C Jonathan Goodwin has been diagnosed with a high-ankle sprain.

The veteran suffered the injury in Sunday's win. It had the looks of a multi-week issue when Goodwin went down. The Saints will now roll with second-year UDFA Tim Lelito in the middle. Lelito played 176 snaps as a rookie, grading out negatively in Pro Football Focus' ratings. He showed well against the Vikings, however. It might not end up being a huge downgrade for Drew Brees.

NFL.com's Albert Breer reports Kyle Rudolph (groin) needs surgery, and will be sidelined "about" six weeks.

He's undergoing a sports-hernia operation. It's a brutal blow for the Vikings' Adrian Peterson-less offense, and removes a big target for rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater. Rudolph has looked sluggish this season, and likely hasn't been at 100 percent all year. Considering the current league-wide depth at tight end, Rudolph can be dropped in 12-14 team re-draft leagues. The Vikes will roll with a combination of Rhett Ellison and MarQueis Gray.

Marqise Lee (hamstring) is expected to miss Week 4.

He'll be "evaluated through the week." It's the wrong time for Lee to be hurt, as the Jags have finally given the car keys to Blake Bortles. Depending on how things shake out during his absence, there's a real chance Lee will be returning to the fourth spot on the depth chart behind Cecil Shorts, Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns whenever he gets healthy.
Sep 22 - 1:49 PM

Jamaal Charles (ankle) will practice this week.

It's not exactly a surprise since Charles practiced last week, but he should be worked out with an eye toward starting against the Patriots. The game is on Monday night, so Charles will have an extra day to get ready after he couldn't convince the Chiefs' coaching staff to suit him up for Week 3. We tentatively expect Charles to start and serve in his normal role, sending handcuff Knile Davis back to the bench.
