Vikings WLB Chad Greenway (knee) missed practice all week and is expected to miss Week 17 against the Bears.
Minnesota will also be without SLB Anthony Barr (knee) and reserve LB Brandon Watts. Incredibly banged up at linebacker, the Vikings make for an intriguing target for fantasy owners wanting to start Martellus Bennett in Week 17.
Chase Daniel will be the Chiefs' starting quarterback in Week 17 against the Chargers.
A former UDFA out of Missouri, Daniel is a limited-talent backup but arguably a good system fit for Andy Reid's offense. He is an accurate passer capable of completing a high percentage of throws even if he won't stretch the field. This preseason, Daniel went 15-of-21 passing (71.4 percent) for 195 yards with a touchdown and an interception, adding three rushes for 20 yards. Daniel was also more than serviceable in a Week 17 spot start against the Chargers last year. Evan Silva has more on Daniel's DFS outlook at the link below.
T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) is questionable for Week 17 against the Titans.
He's practiced all week and should see some action against Tennessee. The Colts already have the AFC South sewn up, so Hilton's snaps could be limited.
Dwayne Allen (knee) has been ruled out for Week 17 against the Titans.
Coby Fleener and Jack Doyle will handle tight-end duties. Allen should be back in time for the start of the playoffs.
DeAngelo Williams (hand) is probable for Week 17 against the Falcons.
He'll make his return from a broken hand, but the Panthers remain concerned about Williams' ability in pass protection. Jonathan Stewart should continue to see heavy work, although Williams' reinsertion in the lineup is always concerning for Stewart owners.
Tyler Eifert recently underwent shoulder surgery.
He's done for the season. Eifert hasn't played since dislocating his elbow in Week 1. He initially hurt the shoulder in training camp. Eifert is simply getting cleaned up in an effort to be fully healthy for the offseason. Jermaine Gresham will continue to handle tight-end duties through the playoffs for the Bengals.
Robert Griffin III (shoulder) is probable for Week 17 against the Cowboys.
RGIII was limited in practice this week but is good to go as a legit QB1 streaming option in the finale. He's one of our favorite daily-league plays of the week.
Steven Jackson (quad) is listed as questionable for Week 17 against the Panthers.
The Falcons try to be pretty secretive with their injury designations, but most signs point to Jackson missing the all-important finale vs. Carolina. Devonta Freeman is expected to get the bulk of the touches in the backfield with Jacquizz Rodgers mixing in as the change-up back. Freeman has some RB2/3 appeal.
