The Padres got on the board in the second inning with a sacrifice fly, but otherwise couldn't accomplish much against the right-hander. The effort deflates his ERA to 3.88 with a 1.27 WHIP and a 126/36 K/BB ratio in 111 1/3 innings. Shields will close out the first half with a road match-up against the Rangers.

Chapman, officially a 2015 NL All-Star, is 17-for-18 in save chances with a 1.73 ERA and a 62/20 K/BB ratio in 36 1/3 innings.
