Broncos OLB DeMarcus Ware (back) will not play in Week 12.
Ware has appeared in just two games since Week 5. In place of Ware, Shaq Barrett has been outperforming first-round pick Shane Ray in a rotation.
Eagles LCB Nolan Carroll was carted off with a right ankle injury in Philadelphia's Week 12 game against the Lions.
Carroll got rolled up in ugly fashion, and appeared to be in a ton of pain before he was loaded onto the cart and taken to the locker room. Second-rounder Eric Rowe is now in the game opposite Byron Maxwell.
Kendall Wright (knee) practiced again on Thursday.
Coach Mike Mularkey confirmed after the session that Wright is "good to go." Wright will return for a plus matchup against Raiders slot CB D.J. Hayden.
Cardinals signed DT Red Bryant, formerly of the Bills.
With Cory Redding and Frostee Rucker nursing ankle injuries, 31-year-old Bryant will give the Cardinals another run-stuffing option in the trenches.
Jarvis Landry (knee) returned to a limited practice on Thursday.
He should be fine to play Sunday against the Darrelle Revis-less Jets.
Cardinals placed OLB LaMarr Woodley (chest) on injured reserve, ending his season.
Woodley started seven of Arizona's initial ten games, but he was predictably ineffective after a somewhat hot start. His season ends with ten tackles and one sack. Washed-up Woodley will be a free agent in the offseason.
Bills coach Rex Ryan said Thursday that it "doesn't look good" for LE Mario Williams (foot) to play in Week 12.
Williams is having a career-worst year, managing three sacks in ten games and defending the run poorly. He complained about Rex's scheme earlier in the season. The Bills' defense may actually get better with Mario on the shelf.
Austin Seferian-Jenkins (shoulder) was limited in Bucs practice Thursday.
Seferian-Jenkins has been turning in limited practices for several weeks now, but hasn't played since Week 2. Still not cleared for contact, we're not holding our breath for Seferian-Jenkins to play Sunday against the Colts.
