Broncos waived SS Duke Ihenacho and LB Shaq Barrett.
Texans waived or released LB Max Bullough, CB Marcus Williams, DE Julius Warmsley, DE Keith Browner, OLB Chris McAllister, LB Chris Young, WR Uzoma Nwachukwu, WR Lacoltan Bester, G Alex Kupper, C James Ferentz, TE Anthony Denham, G Bronson Irwin and T Matt Feiler.
Bullough is the name from this list. An undrafted rookie, Bullough was a third-team All-American his senior year at Michigan State. The Texans would likely hope to stash him on the practice squad.
Lions waived WR Kris Durham.
Durham lasted longer in Detroit than anyone expected. The Lions finally upgraded their receiving corps in the offseason. They can finally say goodbye to Durham. He dropped too many passes and has always been a fringe talent.
Packers waived WR Myles White.
White was beaten out by rookies Davante Adams and Jeff Janis and second-year WR Kevin Dorsey for a roster spot. White caught nine passes for 66 yards as a fill-in while Randall Cobb was hurt last season. He's an average talent.
Chargers waived WR Vincent Brown.
The No. 82 overall pick of the 2011 draft, Brown was an exciting prospect after catching 19 passes for 329 yards and two touchdowns as a rookie, but was never the same after missing all of 2012 with a broken ankle. Brown moved like a tight end last season as he limped to a 41/472/1 line across 16 games. He hadn't practiced since July 25 with a calf injury, and reportedly still isn't healthy. Brown should get a second chance somewhere else, but it appears injury has robbed him of his explosiveness.
Packers waived S Chris Banjo.
A 2012 undrafted free agent, Banjo appeared in all 16 games for the Packers last season, playing 192 snaps on defense. He'll search for work as a special teamer.
49ers waived LS Kevin McDermott.
McDermott started all 16 games in 2013, but the Niners are going with former Charger and Redskin Kyle Nelson.
Jets waived QB Tajh Boyd.
Boyd was the 213th overall pick in May's draft. He was brutal for much of the summer during practice and completed just 8-of-17 passes for 98 yards and one touchdown in the preseason. Boyd is headed for the practice squad. The Jets will roll with Matt Simms behind Geno Smith and Michael Vick.
