Todd Cunningham went 3-for-4 with a two-run double, but the Braves dropped Tuesday's game to the Diamondbacks.

Cunningham capped off a five-run sixth inning with a two-run double, giving the Braves a temporary 6-4 lead. The 26-year-old had been held hitless over 19 plate appearances in his previous six games. He's batting only .277/.333/.362 on the year and doesn't have fantasy relevance at the moment.

A.J. Pollock gave the Diamondbacks a lead they wouldn't relinquish in the seventh inning with a two-run home run Tuesday versus the Braves.

Pollock went yard off of Brandon Cunniff to give the Diamondbacks a 7-6 lead in the seventh inning. He went 2-for-5 on the evening, also knocking in a run with a ground out. Pollock continues to do it all for the D'Backs, batting .314/.365/.474 with six home runs, 22 RBI, 34 runs scored, and 13 stolen bases.

C.J. Wilson gave up five runs in six innings of work Tuesday as the Angels lost 6-1 to the Rays.

Wilson was immediately behind after Logan Forsythe hit a two-run homer in the first inning. The Rays rallied for three more runs in Wilson's final inning. The lefty allowed only four hits in total but walked three and hit a batter while striking out seven. Wilson has struggled as of late, allowing four-plus runs in three of his last four starts, but he still has a productive 3.55 ERA with a 1.18 WHIP and a 56/24 K/BB ratio over 71 innings. He'll face the Rays again in his next start, this time on the road.
Jun 3 - 12:51 AM

Logan Forsythe went 1-for-2 with a pair of walks and a two-run home run as the Rays beat the Angels on Tuesday.

Forsythe put the Rays on the board in the first inning, hitting a two-run home run off of C.J. Wilson. It's his sixth of the season, matching his career-high set in each of the last three seasons. With four months of the 2015 season left, it's safe to say he'll end up setting a new career-best. Forsythe is also hitting .288/.374/.475 with 24 RBI and 22 runs scored.
Jun 3 - 12:48 AM

Albert Pujols hit his 534th career home run, tying him with Jimmie Foxx for 17th all-time, but the Angels lost to the Rays on Tuesday.

Pujols finished 1-for-4. His solo home run in the fourth inning off of Chris Archer accounted for the Angels' only run of the evening. Pujols' next target after Foxx is Mickey Mantle at 536, then Mike Schmidt at 548. The veteran has 14 home runs total on the year with 27 RBI and a .254/.303/.508 batting line.
Jun 3 - 12:46 AM

Chris Archer was dominant again in a win on Tuesday, striking out 15 batters and allowing only one run over eight innings against the Angels.

There may not be a hotter pitcher going right now than Archer. He struck out 12 in eight shutout frames a week ago against the Mariners and hasn't allowed more than one run in each of his last four starts. He scattered six Angel hits while walking zero in the effort, lowering his ERA to 2.01 with a 0.96 WHIP and a 97/20 K/BB ratio in 76 innings. Archer will get another crack at the Mariners in his next start, which will come in Seattle.
Jun 3 - 12:44 AM

Brandon Moss finished 3-for-4 with a solo home run as the Indians edged the Royals 2-1 on Tuesday.

Moss hit the solo homer off Royals starter Jeremy Guthrie, his ninth home run of the year. Moss ended up with three of the teams' combined 11 hits in the game. He's been on fire in recent days, collecting eight hits in his last 14 at-bats to raise his overall line to .251/.319/.479.
Jun 3 - 12:37 AM

Eric Hosmer had an RBI single in Tuesday's loss to the Indians.

Hosmer's RBI single in the bottom of the third inning gave the Royals a brief lead, but it was the only run they would be able to push across against Indians starter Carlos Carrasco. Hosmer now has 32 RBI to put him among the league leaders in the AL. The first baseman owns a .301/.376/.500 line overall.
