Ravens signed CB Charles James off their practice squad.
The Ravens needed to add a cornerback with Will Davis (torn ACL) out for the season. James was among the Texans' final cuts during training camp.
Ravens placed CB Will Davis on injured reserve.
Davis tore his ACL in Sunday's loss to Cleveland. He played just 30 snaps this year.
Ravens waived CB Rashaan Melvin.
Melvin hasn't played since getting lit up by the Bengals in Week 3. Cornerbacks Asa Jackson and Charles James were added to the active roster.
Chargers G/C Chris Watt exited Week 5 against the Steelers with a concussion.
Watt was only playing because Chris Hairston, who himself was replacing an injured King Dunlap (concussion), had to leave the game with an ankle injury. The Chargers' offensive line is a banged up as any in the league, and this week they get a Packers' defense which has 20 sacks through five games.
Ravens released OLB Jason Babin.
The Ravens also cut Rashaan Melvin while adding Asa Jackson and Charles James to the active roster. Babin was a disaster in his 23 snaps against Cleveland in Week 5. The 35 year old doesn't have much left in the tank.
Seahawks MLB Bobby Wagner suffered a sprained pectoral Week 5 against the Bengals.
Coach Pete Carroll said he did not know how long Wagner will be sidelined. His status will be updated throughout the week.
Panthers DE Jared Allen (back) wasn't seen at practice on Tuesday.
Allen pinched a nerve in his lower back against Tampa Bay in Week 4. It's a little concerning he's still not practicing after the bye week. Allen has been splitting time at right end with Ryan Delaire.
Browns OLB Scott Solomon is "expected to miss multiple weeks" with a knee injury.
Solomon suffered the knee injury Week 5 against the Ravens. He was able to finish the game, but coach Mike Pettine hinted after Solomon could miss several weeks. Solomon had just returned from a high-ankle sprain.
