Lorenzo Taliaferro (foot) is probable for Week 5 against the Browns.
Taliaferro missed Wednesday's practice but was back a day later. He'll get a handful of carries behind starter Justin Forsett.
Eagles ILB Mychal Kendricks (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 5.
With Kendricks and Kiko Alonso (knee) both ruled out against the Saints, the Eagles will start DeMeco Ryans and rookie Jordan Hicks at inside linebacker.
Broncos LT Ty Sambrailo (shoulder) has been ruled out for Week 5.
Ryan Harris struggled in Sambrailo's place at left tackle against Minnesota last week, but Sambrailo himself wasn't doing any better. Michael Schofield did hold up well at right tackle and will get another start against Oakland.
Julio Jones (toe, hamstring) is questionable for Week 5 against the Redskins.
Jones has shown up on the injury report several times this year but has yet to miss a game. We'd expect that trend to continue in Week 5. Only Houston's DeAndre Hopkins has logged more receiving yards than Jones this season.
Charles Clay (calf) is listed as probable for Week 5.
With Sammy Watkins (calf) out last week, Clay tied Martellus Bennett for the NFL lead among tight ends in targets, seeing 13. Clay should be all systems go against the Titans and is a recommended fantasy TE1 play.
Eagles ILB Kiko Alonso (knee) is out for Week 5 against the Saints.
As expected. Alonso hasn't practiced since aggravating his surgically repaired knee in Week 2. He should be back in about a month.
Broncos WR Cody Latimer (groin) is out for Week 5 against the Raiders.
He hurt his groin in last week's win over Minnesota. Latimer has barely registered this year with just two catches for 23 yards. We doubt he would have made an impact had he played this week.
Victor Cruz (calf) has been ruled out for Week 5.
Cruz remains out indefinitely with no known timetable for return.
