Bills GM Doug Whaley said he'd like to see Tyrod Taylor develop into more of a pocket passer.

Donte Moncrief (shoulder) has been ruled out for Week 4 against the Jaguars.

There was never any doubt. Moncrief is expected to miss about another month with a broken shoulder blade. Phillip Dorsett will continue to fill in as the No. 2, with Jack Doyle getting more snaps in "12" personnel.

Julius Thomas (elbow) will be a game-time decision for Week 4 against the Colts.

Thomas practices with his elbow in a brace on Friday. He's officially questionable for the London affair. With the Colts and Jaguars kicking off at 9:30 AM ET, owners can wait for inactives before making backup plans for Thomas.

Colts CB Darius Butler (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 4 against the Jaguars.

The good news for the Colts is they'r getting much healthier on the back end. Vontae Davis made his season debut last week and Patrick Robinson is back from a concussion. Butler is the Colts' top slot corner.

Coach Bill O'Brien will take over offensive play-calling duties Week 4 against the Titans.

O'Brien called the plays in his first season (2014) as head coach, but turned those duties over to OC George Godsey last year. After three weeks this season, the Texans are dead-last in red-zone success and field Football Outsiders' 32nd-ranked offense in DVOA. They have just three touchdowns in three games. Against Tennessee, this presents a get-right spot.

Kelvin Benjamin said he's "pumped up" for Week 4 against the Falcons after not catching a pass in the Week 3 loss to the Vikings.

Benjamin expects to do battle most of the day with Falcons LCB Desmond Trufant. In two previous matchups with Trufant, Benjamin got the best of him in one with a 9-109-1 line before Trufant won Round 2, holding Benjamin to 1-9-0 in a 31-point Panthers win where they ran the ball all day. The Panthers have been talking all week how Benjamin is going to be heavily involved. Even in a tough matchup, he needs to be locked into lineups as a WR1/2 that's going to be fed.

CSN New England's Mike Giardi reports Jimmy Garoppolo (shoulder) is "making good strides" and the "arrow is pointing in the right direction" for him to start Week 4 against Buffalo.

It sounds like he's on the right track to play Sunday against the Bills. Garoppolo's return would be a big boost to Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman in the passing game, though LeGarrette Blount would still be the focal point on offense.

Jacksonville QB Blake Bortles threw for 548 yards and four touchdowns in two 2015 meetings with Indianapolis.

Bortles has six interceptions through three weeks but will look to replicate his past success against the Indianapolis defense. The Colts are coughing up 304.3 passing yards per game, so a repeat performance could be in the cards when the AFC South rivals meet in London. While the Colts D/ST will struggle against the pass in this matchup, Bortles will provide plenty of playmaking opportunities for the Indianapolis defense, making this group a mid-level fantasy option for owners in a pinch.
