Danny Amendola had zero catches on one target in Week 3.

Amendola hasn't been involved in the offense at all this season, and is closer to being a weekly inactive than fantasy relevant. The Patriots are starting to use three-receiver sets with Julian Edelman, Kenbrell Thompkins, and Brandon LaFell on the field. Amendola dropped a touchdown from two yards out on his lone target.

Victor Cruz caught five passes for 107 yards and one touchdown in the Giants' Week 3 win over the Texans.

Virgil Green left Sunday's Week 3 game against the Seahawks with a concussion.

Green's absence means more 3-wide snaps than the Broncos wanted to run. It's good news for owners that gambled on Wes Welker.
Sep 21 - 5:35 PM

Brandon LaFell had four catches for 46 yards in Week 3.

He was the Patriots leading receiver behind Julian Edelman. It was LaFell's first game with a catch. He can continue to be ignored in fantasy leagues.

Brandin Cooks caught 8-of-10 targets for 74 yards in the Saints' Week 3 win over the Vikings.

Cooks led the Saints in targets on a day where the Vikings did a good job eliminating big plays. Cooks was Drew Brees' primary checkdown target, and is quickly proving versatile for a Saints team learning to live without Darren Sproles. Cooks will enter next week's trip to Dallas with 18 catches for 164 yards on 24 targets. He's added three rushes for 49 yards, and is growing into WR2 value.

Andrew Hawkins secured 7-of-10 targets for 87 yards in the Browns' Week 3 loss to Baltimore.

Hawkins has opened the season with stat lines of 8-87, 6-70, and 7-87, racking up a team-high 32 targets. Hawkins should be viewed as a WR3 in PPR leagues until he slows down, but that's likely as Jordan Cameron gets healthier. Hawkins has not scored a touchdown yet this year, and it's hard to imagine him hitting pay dirt often at 5-foot-7, 180. The Browns have a Week 4 bye.

Roy Helu rushed one time for one yard with a touchdown and caught one pass for 55 yards in Sunday's Week 3 loss at Philadelphia.

Helu made the most of his two touches. The first was a screen pass in the fourth quarter that went down to the 1-yard line, and the second was the subsequent goal-line plunge. Helu remains a mere handcuff for Alf Morris owners.

Delanie Walker caught four passes for 54 yards in the Titans' Week 3 loss to the Bengals.

Walker was really the lone playmaker on offense for the Titans in their blowout loss. He was targeted seven times on the day and continues to be a big part of the game plan. Walker's best grab was a 23-yard gain on a first-quarter third-and-four. He went up and brought in a high Jake Locker pass and broke a couple tackles in the red zone, but Ryan Succop later missed the field goal. Walker will be a mid-range TE1 next week against an awful Colts defense.
