Steve Smith Sr. caught 8-of-12 targets for 90 yards Week 17 against the Browns.

Smith had one bad drop, but otherwise had a solid day after struggling through the second half of the season. Smith was targeted in the end zone once, but had to turn into a defender on a badly underthrown ball from Joe Flacco. Losing steam down the stretch, Smith is not a great bet to be a big contributor in the postseason.

Bishop Sankey rushed four times for 18 yards in Sunday's Week 17 loss to the Colts.

Case Keenum completed 25-of-35 passes for 250 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the Texans' 23-17, Week 17 win over the Jaguars.

Released at final cuts by the Texans coming out of the preseason, Keenum spent the majority of the season on the Rams’ practice squad before getting snapped up ahead of Week 16 and starting the final two games of the season, leading the Texans to two wins and keeping their playoff dreams alive. Keenum is a fearless gunslinger but has severe accuracy issues. He’s not an NFL starter, but should be given every opportunity to win a backup job somewhere in 2015.

Matt Asiata rushed for 91 yards on 19 carries and caught two balls for 17 yards in the Vikings' Week 17 win over the Bears.

A fullbackish grinder, Asiata wound up spending most of the 2014 season as Minnesota's feature back due to Adrian Peterson's suspension and Jerick McKinnon's injury. Asiata finished with 164 carries for 570 yards (3.48 YPC) and ten all-purpose touchdowns, to go with 44 receptions. Asiata can pass protect and gets what's blocked, and for those reasons he may have a long NFL career. But he isn't a starting-caliber running back. The 27-year-old will be a restricted free agent in March. We suspect the Vikings will tender Asiata at the lowest possible level, or not tender him at all.

Clay Harbor was held without a catch in the Jaguars' Week 17 loss to the Texans.

Harbor was an every-down player from Weeks 4-10 while Marcedes Lewis was on I.R./recall. Once Lewis was back healthy, Harbor returned to the bench and only played about 15 snaps per game down the stretch. He has good hands and is a plus athlete. If the Jaguars decide to cut Lewis, Harbor could return as the No. 1 tight end in 2015, the final year of his contract. Either way, look for the Jaguars to address the tight end position in the offseason.

Torrey Smith caught 4-of-7 targets for 83 yards and a touchdown Week 17 against the Browns.

Struggling along with the rest of the Ravens' offense entering the fourth quarter, Smith put the team on his back in the final frame. Down 10-6 with time winding down, Smith ran past Joe Haden for a 53-yard gain to put the Ravens deep into Cleveland territory. Flacco then hit Smith for a 16-yard score on the very next play. The touchdown catch was Smith's career-high 11th of the season. After an up and down contract year, Smith showed how valuable he can be late in this game. Despite the strong showing, Smith could use a big postseason to improve his free agent market.

Tony Romo completed 22-of-34 passes for 299 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in the Cowboys' 44-17, Week 17 shellacking of the Redskins.

With his latest massive day, Romo closes the book on the regular season the owner of a 34:9 TD:INT ratio and 3,705 yards passing. The scores are Romo's most since 2007, while his 69.8 completion percentage is a new career best. Romo won't win the league MVP, but he at least deserves to be on the ballot. Romo is in search of his second career playoff victory.

Marcedes Lewis couldn't reel in any of his three targets in the Jaguars' Week 17 loss to the Texans.

Lewis posted an 18-206-2 line on the season. Lewis started all eight games he appeared in, but missed the other eight games on I.R./recall with a significant ankle sprain. He’s no longer a threat as a receiver and battled drops all season. Lewis is mainly kept around as a blocker and steadying veteran presence on a young team. He has one year left on his contract with an $8.4 million cap number. On any other team, Lewis would be an easy cut. But Jacksonville is flush with cap space. Lewis’ roster standing will depend on what GM Dave Caldwell decides to do in free agency. He’s not a fantasy option.
