Zach Ertz left Sunday's Week 12 game against the Titans with an oblique injury.

At the end of an 8-yard catch midway through the first quarter, Ertz appeared to pull a muscle. He walked to the locker room under his own power for further testing and was ruled out for the day

Bucs FB Jorvorskie Lane left Week 12 against the Bears with a right ankle injury.

Lane was rolled up on from behind after a second-quarter run. Trainers put an air cast on his right leg before he was carted off the field. He is out for the rest of the game and is likely done for the season.

Larry Fitzgerald (knee) will not play in Sunday's Week 12 game at Seattle.

Fighting a Grade 2 MCL sprain, Fitzgerald just isn't quite ready. Considering he was a true game-time call, we suspect he'll be ready for a nice Week 13 matchup against the Falcons. John Brown, the exact kind of receiver that gives the Legion of Boom problems, will start opposite Michael Floyd.

Lions OLB Ashlee Palmer exited Sunday's Week 12 game with a possible concussion.

He apparently showed concussion symptoms after a first-quarter hit, and is questionable to return. The Lions are already without MLB Stephen Tulloch (ACL).

Bengals RT Andre Smith (arm) is done for the day in Week 12.

He suffered a left arm injury in the first quarter. It's a blow to Cincinnati's offensive line, which has dealt with myriad injuries this season.

Colts RB Dan "Boom" Herron was announced with the starters against the Jaguars Week 12.

Trent Richardson had been dealing with an illness early in the week, but he got in a full practice on Thursday and Friday. Richardson could still start and see the most touches, but Herron appears set to play a big role either way. Richardson is averaging 3.4 yards per carry this season.

The Colts announced Dan "Boom" Herron as their starting tailback -- not Trent Richardson -- as their starting tailback for Week 12.

According to reports, Richardson "was sick all week." He was listed as a full participant in both Thursday and Friday's practices, and was "probable" on the injury report. So this announcement came as a late-minute surprise.

FOX's Jay Glazer reports Julius Thomas (ankle) is "gonna be out" against the Dolphins.

The Denver Post has since confirmed Glazer's report. It means Jacob Tamme will get the start, and be a plug-and-play TE1 for Thomas owners in a bind. Per Glazer, the Broncos don't believe Thomas' injury is "very serious," but they're sending his X-rays to a specialist. Thomas has a long history of ankle issues. His status can't be taken for granted for Week 13.
