Bengals WLB Vontaze Burfict's three-game suspension is over.

Burfict should rejoin the team early this week and be active for the Bengals' Week 4 matchup against the Browns. With Burfict back, Vinny Rey or Nick Vigil will return to the bench.

Willie Snead's three-game suspension is over.

Snead rejoined the team on Sunday night ahead of a flight to London. The Saints are able to carry Snead with a roster exemption this week, but him flying with the team suggests he will be active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins. He will be a risky play in his first game back, but Snead has big upside in a great matchup.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Doug Baldwin's groin injury is not believed to be "serious."

He will undergo an MRI on Monday to make sure. Baldwin broke out against the Titans before exiting, catching 10 passes for 105 yards and a touchdown. If he is healthy, Baldwin will be a high-end WR2 against the Colts, but his status may come down to the weekend.

Darren Sproles suffered a torn ACL in addition to a broken arm Week 3 against the Giants.

Sproles likely would have returned this season if just for the broken arm, but the ACL tear means his 2017 is finished. With the veteran considering retirement, it is possible this injury also ends his career, which would be a terrible way for one of the league's best playmakers to go out. With Sproles done for the year, LeGarrette Blount, Wendell Smallwood, and Corey Clement should form a timeshare in the backfield. Blount is the best bet for touchdowns from that group, but Smallwood is best suited to take on Sproles' former role. Smallwood needs to be added in all leagues.

C.J. Anderson played 49-of-70 snaps Week 3 against the Bills.

Jamaal Charles played 21 snaps. It is an almost identical snap split as the first two weeks. The only difference is Anderson saw 10 touches as opposed to the 20-plus he was given in the first two weeks -- Charles' has been given 10 touches in every game this season. Perhaps Charles starts to see more work after a good performance, but Anderson should remain the clear No. 1 moving forward.

Rashard Higgins played 52-of-77 snaps Week 3 against the Colts.

Higgins' two catches for 10 yards in Indy was a disappointment following his breakout, but his snap share suggests it is too early to give up on the young receiver. Higgins played the same number of snaps as Kenny Britt and tied for Ricardo Louis for third on the team with six targets. He more of a bench stash than legitimate play in standard-sized leagues, but he is someone worth holding onto if possible.

Wendell Smallwood played 43-of-76 snaps Week 3 against the Giants.

Smallwood played 21 more snaps than LeGarrette Blount and saw the same number of carries as the "starter." Smallwood is also the best fit to take over the snaps vacated by Darren Sproles (broken arm). While Blount found the end zone against the Giants, Smallwood may end up being the more consistent fantasy option. Neither is anything more than a FLEX.

Bilal Powell played 28-of-63 snaps Week 3 against the Dolphins.

Powell's snap share was helped by Matt Forte (23 snaps) leaving early with a toe injury, but it was still a step in the correct direction. Unfortunately, Elijah McGuire also played 12 snaps, and it does not look like Forte is dealing with a serious injury. Holding onto Powell as a bench stash is more palatable than it was at this time last week, but he is still not worth using in starting lineups.
