Eric Decker told ESPN sideline reporter Lisa Salters that he'll play in Monday night's game against the Bears.

"I feel good," Decker said. "I'm up." Decker tested his hamstring about 2.5 hours before kickoff, and tentatively plans to play tonight. However, it's fair to wonder just how involved he'll be. Decker will likely see plenty of Tim Jennings and Kyle Fuller, who are no slouches. We'd consider him a high-risk WR3. But owners who already have Decker plugged in lineups really have nowhere to turn.

Lions placed MLB Stephen Tulloch on injured reserve with a torn left ACL, ending his season.

We'll resist taking the latest potshot at Tulloch for the way he tore his ACL. The Lions figure to turn to DeAndre Levy at Mike 'backer, positioning Levy to be an IDP monster the rest of the way. Tahir Whitehead will take over at weak side. Tulloch, 30 in January, is owed $4.5 million in 2015. The Lions will have to decide whether he is worth that much money next spring.

Titans coach Ken Whisenhunt said Bishop Sankey's reps won't increase until he improves his footwork.

Sankey dusted off 61 yards on ten carries and was the Titans' most dangerous player in Sunday's loss to the Bengals, but Whisenhunt is still obsessed with his footwork. "If he can get the attention to detail better, his reps will increase," stated Whisenhunt. As @StopTheVetoing suggested on Twitter, "Maybe they should have drafted Fred Astaire." The 54th overall pick in May's draft, Sankey has 89 yards on 18 carries (4.94 YPC) through three games. He's rotating with Shonn Greene and Dexter McCluster.

The Buccaneers tried out free agent QB Terrelle Pryor on Monday.

Josh McCown may need surgery on his right (throwing) thumb, and the only other quarterback on Tampa Bay's current roster is Mike Glennon. A deficient thrower but threat athlete, Pryor is the complete inverse of Glennon.

Steelers placed OLB Jarvis Jones (wrist surgery) on injured reserve-designated for return.

Jones must miss at least eight weeks on the list, robbing Pittsburgh of its 2013 first-round pick until no sooner than Week 12. Ineffective when healthy, Jones has three sacks through 803 career snaps. The red flags were there for the Steelers in Jones' Combine numbers. He's not an explosive pass rusher, and now he's on the shelf. Pittsburgh's defense opened the season playing poorly. It was ransacked by serious injuries in Sunday night's win over Carolina.

Dennis Pitta underwent surgery to repair his dislocated right hip on Monday and is done for the season.

The Ravens will now turn to Owen Daniels as their primary tight end. They also drafted Crockett Gillmore with a top-100 pick in May. Pitta, 29, has now suffered right hip dislocations in back-to-back years. The Ravens signed him to a five-year, $32.5 million contract in February, one GM Ozzie Newsome will likely come to regret. All of Pitta's 2015 base salary ($4 million) is guaranteed. It's unclear whether Pitta intends to continue trying to play.

Coach Mike Pettine was noncommittal Monday when asked if Ben Tate (knee) would return as a starter following the Browns' Week 4 bye.

Pettine said the Browns are "eager" to get back Tate, but the performance of rookies Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell has "made it tougher" to lean on Tate in the manner the team initially planned. They wanted to use Tate as an every-down back. Tate remains likely to retake the Browns' lead back role when healthy and should be owned in all leagues. West and Crowell's fantasy stock will both be very much touch and go when Tate returns.

Danny Woodhead needs surgery on his fractured fibula and ankle and will be lost for the rest of the season.

With Ryan Mathews (knee) out 3-4 more weeks, the Bolts will keep Donald Brown in a workhorse role. They could turn to UDFA Branden Oliver as Woodhead's passing-back replacement, and perhaps promote Marion Grice from the practice squad. Woodhead's loss is a blow to San Diego's passing game, but Oliver showed some Sprolesian flashes in the preseason. Woodhead will turn 30 next January. The Chargers signed him to a new three-year deal late this summer.
