ESPN Falcons reporter Vaughn McClure says there's "no doubt" Roddy White (hamstring, questionable) will play Thursday night against the Bucs.

McClure has been on top of the Roddy White news all week. Although the 32-year-old hasn't practiced at all, there are no concerns about his availability for Week 3. White is a rock-solid WR2 even against Bucs LCB Alterraun Verner.

Bengals WLB Vontaze Burfict is back in the league's concussion protocol.

Burfict suffered a concussion in the Week 1 opener, was cleared in time for Week 2, but was concussed again. He didn't practice Wednesday, and would seem to be a long shot to play against the Titans. Consider him week-to-week. Vincent Rey will likely fill in for Burfict next to MLB Rey Maualuga against Tennessee.

Christine Michael (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Coach Pete Carroll said he expects Michael to be "full-go" on Thursday and play in Week 3 against the Broncos. Michael will likely be the No. 3 back behind Marshawn Lynch and Robert Turbin.
Sep 17 - 3:53 PM

Cecil Shorts (hamstring) returned to a limited practice Wednesday.

That's the good news for the Jaguars. The bad news is that Marqise Lee was forced to leave practice early after re-tweaking his hamstring injury from last week. Both should be considered highly questionable for Week 3 against the Colts. UDFA Allen Hurns (ankle) missed practice altogether on Wednesday. If none of the three can play, Allen Robinson and Mike Brown would be the starters.
Sep 17 - 3:50 PM

Steelers RB/KR Dri Archer (ankle) was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Archer was held out last week, but could return after missing just one game. His status will be updated again on Thursday.

Marqise Lee (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Lee re-tweaked his hamstring on Wednesday after battling the soft-tissue issue last week. It's becoming a concern. Fortunately for the Jaguars, Cecil Shorts (hamstring) returned to practice Wednesday. Already behind Allen Hurns on the depth chart, Lee is in danger of being passed by Allen Robinson.
Sep 17 - 3:37 PM

Andre Ellington (foot) did not practice Wednesday.

Ellington is still dealing with pain in his foot and will continue to be rested on Wednesdays until he's fully healthy. He remains on track to play in this week's game against the 49ers. Ellington is averaging an impressive 5.1 YPC despite playing through his foot injury.
Sep 17 - 3:25 PM

Mark Ingram underwent surgery to have two screws inserted into his broken hand.

Ingram suffered the injury in the first half of Sunday's loss to the Browns, but played through it. It was a displaced fracture, so there was no way he could play through it this week. Coach Sean Payton doesn't expect Ingram to miss much time. Khiry Robinson will handle lead-back duties while Ingram is out.
