Vance McDonald (hip) is listed as questionable for Week 4.
McDonald practiced on a limited basis this week and is probably going to come down to a game-time decision. Garrett Celek (back) is also questionable.
49ers CB Jimmie Ward has been ruled out for Week 4 against the Cowboys.
It's an upgrade to Cole Beasley's matchup, as Ward covers the slot in the 49ers' defense and Beasley runs almost strictly slot routes. Beasley's target outlook is also improved by the Cowboys' loss of Dez Bryant (knee).
Kamar Aiken (thigh) is questionable for Week 4 against the Raiders.
Aiken has practiced fully the last two days and is obviously in no danger of missing Week 4. The real problem is that Aiken's role in the Ravens' offense has disappeared. After leading the team in yards last season, Aiken has taken a backseat to Steve Smith Sr., Mike Wallace and even Dennis Pitta in 2016. He wasn't even targeted in Week 3.
Dez Bryant (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Week 4.
Bryant has no chance of playing at San Francisco, but Cowboys owner Jerry Jones likes to create his own realities, and then try to live in them.
Texans LT Duane Brown (quad) has been ruled out for Week 4.
Brown did practice some this week and is targeting a Week 5 return.
Kenneth Dixon (knee) is doubtful for Week 4 against the Raiders.
He returned to a limited practice this week but won't suit up against Oakland. Dixon is aiming to return against Washington in Week 5. It could take Dixon a few games to settle in but there's a good chance he'll rise to the top of Baltimore's running back depth chart by the end of the year. He's a worthy bench stash.
Ravens LT Ronnie Stanley (foot) is listed as doubtful for Week 4.
The Ravens are also in danger of being without LG Alex Lewis, who is questionable with a concussion. Even against a weak Raiders defense, these losses are concerns for Joe Flacco's viability as a streamer. Stanley's backup is James Hurst, who has historically struggled mightily in spot starts. Lewis' backup is John Urschel, who is also questionable with a shoulder injury.
The Chargers may be without three offensive line starters for Sunday's game versus New Orleans.
Chargers LT King Dunlap (migraines) has been ruled out, while RT Joe Barksdale (foot) and LG Orlando Franklin (back) are listed as questionable. Barksdale did not practice on Friday, a typically ominous sign. Franklin did get in a limited session. Melvin Gordon has a dream matchup against the Saints in Week 4, but he may have to overcome a significantly short-handed offensive line.
