Browns RG Alvin Bailey was arrested for DUI early Monday morning in Cleveland.

Bailey admitted to drinking several whiskeys on the flight home from Miami and then continuing his drinking at a local establishment back home in Cleveland. He was followed into a park parking lot where an officer stopped Bailey and found trace amounts of marijuana in the center console. Bailey was also cited for failure to comply, drug abuse, drug paraphernalia, speeding, and unsafe vehicle due to a cracked windshield. It could cost Bailey his job with the Browns.

Free agent C.J. Spiller will work out for the Jets on Tuesday.

Spiller played for OC Chan Gailey in Buffalo and had the best season of his career in Gailey's final year as the Bills' head coach in 2012. Spiller amassed 1,703 total yards and eight touchdowns in Gailey's spread scheme that season. In New York, he'd be insurance behind Matt Forte and Bilal Powell.

NBC Dallas-Fort Worth's Pat Doney reports free agent DE Greg Hardy was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in Richardson, Tex. on Monday.

Details aren't yet known, but this isn't going to help Hardy's chances of getting back into the league. The 28-year-old worked out for the Jaguars back in July. He hasn't drawn a sniff of known interest since then.

Coach Pete Carroll said Russell Wilson (knee) is doing "remarkably well," and he expects him to practice Wednesday and play Week 4 against the Jets.

"We feel like he's gonna be fine," Carroll said. Carroll has always seen things better than they may truly be, but all indications are Wilson will be able to go next Sunday. If he's seriously dealing with a sprained MCL, expect the Seahawks to take it easy on Wilson during the practice week. Wilson will be a borderline QB1/2 at less than 100 percent against the Jets' feared front four.

Tyler Eifert (ankle) was listed as a limited participant in Monday's practice.

This is a theoretical injury report, not based on an actual practice. The Bengals will hold a practice on Tuesday and another one on Wednesday ahead of Thursday night's game against the Dolphins. Eifert will probably be a game-time decision. He's expected to be on a snap limit if he gets the green light.

Panthers OC Mike Shula blamed himself for Kelvin Benjamin's catch-less Week 3 against the Vikings.

Benjamin was blanketed by Minnesota's elite defense, drawing just one target. He was not shadowed by Vikings top CB Xavier Rhodes. "Yeah, we’ve got to find a way to get him the ball more," said Shula. "That starts with me. But we’ve got to make sure we’re doing it in a way that we’re not just trying to force him the ball." The squeaky wheel may get greased this week in Atlanta.

Raiders released FB Marcel Reece.

Suspended the first three weeks of the season for a PEDs violation, Reece was deemed unworthy of the remainder of his $2.6 million base salary by the Raiders. 31 years old, Reece has averaged 4.6 yards per carry and 9.8 yards per reception in his eight-year career. He should be able to latch on elsewhere as a swiss-army-knife contributor. Reece can also play special teams.
