The Falcons expect Julio Jones (calf) to practice more in Week 4.

Sep 27 - 3:26 PM

The Falcons consider Mohamed Sanu (shoulder) day to day.

Sanu may not get in a full practice this week, but ESPN's Ed Werder has reported he will suit up against the Panthers. Playing at less than 100 percent health against a good defense, Sanu will be on the WR4/5 borderline for Week 4.

The Dolphins plan to stick with their four-back rotation for Thursday night's game against the Bengals.

It's a situation to avoid for fantasy purposes. Kenyan Drake led the Week 3 backfield in snaps and touches, but only narrowly over Jay Ajayi. Isaiah Pead and Damien Williams both saw more than 10 snaps. Neither Drake nor Ajayi is a recommended RB3 while Arian Foster (groin) remains sidelined.
Sep 27 - 3:21 PM

Jarvis Landry (shoulder) returned to Dolphins practice Tuesday.

The Dolphins were just managing Landry's reps on Monday. He'll be good to go against a Bengals defense that's been surprisingly vulnerable against the pass thus far this season.
Sep 27 - 3:20 PM

49ers signed WR/PR Keshawn Martin to a two-year contract.

The 49ers have the league's most embarrassing receiver corps, but Martin's contributions should remain limited to special teams.
Sep 27 - 3:18 PM

Dolphins LT Branden Albert (ankle) will be a game-time decision for Thursday's game against the Bengals.

Coach Adam Gase was optimistic about Albert's odds of suiting up for Thursday Night Football, but it sounds like his status will be decided by his pre-game workout.
Sep 27 - 3:13 PM

Tyler Eifert (ankle) remained "limited" in Tuesday's practice.

ESPN's Bob Holtzman has reported Eifert will not play on Thursday. The limited practices make him a good bet to make his 2016 debut in Week 5.

Redskins placed C Kory Lichtensteiger on injured reserve with a calf injury, ending his season.

John Sullivan has already been signed as Lichtensteiger's replacement. This will be the second straight year Lichtensteiger ends on I.R. He'll head into 2017 having appeared in 8-of-32 games since 2014. Now 31, Lichtensteiger won't be back at his $3.25 million salary next season, and probably won't be back at all.
