Raiders LB Sio Moore (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 3.

Nick Roach (concussion) is questionable for the game after missing the last four weeks. Miles Burris has been filling in at middle linebacker for Roach, but will likely shift outside with Moore down. Kaluka Maiava could start in the middle if Roach is unable to go. The Raiders have given up a league-high 400 rushing yards through the first two games of the season.

An MRI on Falcons WR Harry Douglas' injured left foot came back negative.

Douglas sustained the injury during the Falcons' demolition of the Bucs on Thursday night. Coach Mike Smith said Douglas' playing status will not be updated until next week. Eric Weems saw more time at wide receiver after Douglas' exit, and would likely fill in as the No. 3 receiver if Douglas cannot play.

Chiefs DB Ron Parker will start at safety against the Dolphins Week 3.

Parker opened the season at corner, but will switch back to safety with Eric Berry (ankle) set to miss Sunday's matchup with Miami. Parker played safety in college, and was used there at times during the offseason program. Berry is week-to-week with a sprained ankle.

Broncos WLB Danny Trevathan practiced on Friday for the first time since fracturing his left leg on August 12.

Trevathan is unlikely to play against the Seahawks despite a questionable tag, but looks on pace to return after the Broncos' Week 4 bye. The leading tackler for the Broncos in 2013, Trevathan's return will be a boost to an already stacked defense.

Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins (illness) returned to practice on Friday.

Hopkins missed Thursday's practice with the illness, but was never expected to miss the Texans' matchup with the Giants. He is a high-upside WR4 this week.

The Boston Globe's Erik Frenz says Rob Gronkowski (probable, knee) "probably" isn't ready to be a full-time player yet.

Gronk has only played 66-of-153 offensive snaps for the Patriots this season. He is nowhere year a 100-percent player right now, and likely will remain a part timer for at least the next several weeks. Despite the limited snaps, Gronk's scoring prowess makes him a high-end tight end every week.

ESPN Colts reporter Mike Wells expects TE Dwayne Allen's targets and receptions will "increase as the season goes on."

Allen has only seen six passes thrown his way through the first two weeks of the season, while fellow tight end Coby Fleener has nine targets already. Allen has been more effective with his targets, though, and is simply a better player than Fleener. His role in the offense should grow, but Allen's upside is limited as long as Reggie Wayne and T.Y. Hilton continue to soak up targets.

Coach Tom Coughlin confirmed Jon Beason (foot) will miss the Giants' Week 3 matchup with the Texans.

Beason's season was thought to be in jeopardy after he aggravated the foot injury that sidelined him most of the summer against the Cardinals Week 2. Beason shed his protective walking boot on Thursday, however, and spoke as if he could play this week. There is still no timetable for Beason's return, but it now appears he will be able to get back on the field this season. Jameel McClain should start at middle linebacker in Beason's absence.
