Bills acquired LB Lerentee McCray from the Packers for an undisclosed draft pick.
Falcons placed seventh-round WR Devin Fuller (shoulder) on injured reserve, ending his season.
He likely needs surgery. Fuller was expected to help out on kick returns following the release of Devin Hester.
Vikings waived/released TE Brian Leonhardt, OL Sean Hickey, OL Austin Shepherd, WR Terrell Sinkfield, WR Marken Michel, DE Theiren Cockran, DE Claudell Louis, QB Brad Sorensen, and LB Terrance Plummer.
Minnesota still has five more moves to make to reach the 75-man roster limit.
Dolphins CB Chris Culliver (knee) will begin the season on the reserve/PUP.
It was expected Culliver would start the year on the PUP when the Dolphins signed him earlier this month. He will miss at least the first six weeks, but he could be a valuable mid-season boost for a team desperate at corner. Second-round rookie Xavien Howard, who has missed all of the preseason with a knee injury, is expected to open the year opposite Byron Maxwell in the starting lineup.
Colts coach Chuck Pagano said TE Dwayne Allen (hip) is "fine."
Allen has missed the last two practices with "hip soreness," which is concerning considering his injury history. Pagano does not seem worried, however, and there is no reason to doubt his Week 1 availability at this point. If he can stay on the field, Allen should return back-end TE1 value this season.
Dolphins third-round RB Kenyan Drake confirmed his hamstring is not 100 percent healthy.
Drake will play in the preseason finale, but he is still feeling the effects of a hamstring injury which has limited him all offseason. If it continues to bother him, it would not be surprising if he opens the season on injured reserve. Drake has zero redraft value.
Bears placed C Hroniss Grasu (knee) and QB Connor Shaw (ankle) on injured reserve, ending their seasons.
Grasu tore his ACL earlier this month, and Shaw broke his leg just above the ankle in the third preseason game. The Bears also waived LB Jarrett Grace, waived/injured LB Lamin Barrow, and placed LB Roy Robertson-Harris on the reserve/NFI list. Chicago is now at the 75-man roster limit.
Dolphins placed DE Dion Jordan (knee) on the reserve/NFI list.
The move will prevent him from playing for at least the first six weeks of the season. Despite the injury, Jordan has earned praise from coach Adam Gase for his work ethic since being reinstated. He could play a role this season. LB Zach Vigil also landed on reserve/NFI, getting Miami to the 75-man roster limit.
