Tim Lincecum allowed three runs on seven hits over six innings Sunday, earning the win over the Padres.

Lincecum wasn't great but he was good enough, walking three and striking out seven. Home runs remain an issue, as Nick Hundley's solo shot gives Lincecum six homers allowed over 21 innings this year. The win was his first this season, and he'll square off with the Indians in an interleague matchup Saturday in his next time out.

Yasiel Puig hit a three-run home run en route to a 4-1 win over the Diamondbacks on Sunday.

With two runners on, Puig deposited an 88 mph cutter from Josh Collmenter into the seats in left-center field. It was his only hit of the game, as the Dodgers mustered just five against the right-hander despite going home victorious. Amid plenty of controversy, Puig is batting .241/.349/.426 with two homers thus far.
Apr 20 - 8:43 PM

Eric Chavez had an RBI double in Sunday's loss to the Dodgers.

Getting a rare start, Chavez brought in the Diamondbacks' only run of the game with the double. The team mustered just three hits in the loss. The 36-year-old is hitting .217/.250/.522 with three RBI in a part-time role this season.
Apr 20 - 8:37 PM

Carl Crawford hit an RBI triple in the sixth inning of Sunday's win over the Diamondbacks.

It was Crawford's first triple of the year and his only hit of the game. It brought in the game's first run, and Crawford later scored on Yasiel Puig's three-run homer. He's hitting just .236 through the early portion of the season.
Apr 20 - 8:34 PM

Kenley Jansen earned his league-leading seventh save of the season in Sunday's win over the Diamondbacks.

Jansen did it in style, striking out the side to close out the 4-1 win. The right-hander has blown two saves as well, but he's got a 21/5 K/BB ratio over 11 innings this year and should again be among the league leaders in saves this season.
Apr 20 - 8:30 PM

Josh Collmenter allowed four runs, all in the sixth innings, over six innings in a loss to the Dodgers on Sunday.

Collmenter threw five shutout innings before the four-run sixth marred the outing. It was two big hits in that inning -- a Carl Crawford triple and three-run homer by Yasiel Puig -- that did Collmenter in, and he finished with five hits and two walks allowed on the day. He should get better as he builds stamina. That process will continue Friday against the Phillies.
Apr 20 - 8:27 PM

Josh Beckett allowed one hit over five scoreless innings but took a no-decision in Sunday's win over the Diamondbacks.

Beckett struck out seven hitters, walking two while allowing just one single on the afternoon. After a poor start against the Tigers his first time out, Beckett has now allowed three hits, a 1.00 WHIP and 11 strikeouts over 10 shutout innings in his last two starts. Beckett will continue to search for his first win since September 30, 2012, when he faces the Rockies on Friday.
Apr 20 - 8:22 PM

Josh Donaldson went 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in the Athletics' 4-1 win over the Astros on Sunday.

Donaldson hit a two-run blast, his fourth home run of the season, in the first inning. He followed with two doubles in his next three at-bats, including an RBI double in the ninth inning. The 28-year-old scuffled to start the year, but he's proving that his breakout 2013 season was no fluke with his recent hitting.
