Nick Foles is practicing in full this week.

Foles has taken some massive hits this season, most notably on his left (non-throwing) shoulder and ribs. But coach Chip Kelly confirmed his quarterback hasn't needed any MRIs or further testing. Now coming off the worst performance of his NFL career, a healthy Foles will be an excellent bet to bounce back against the Rams' leaky secondary.

Rod Streater (foot surgery) will not be back until Week 10 at the earliest.

Streater now has screws in his fractured foot. The Week 10 target is a best-case scenario, with missing the entire season still a possibility. Denarius Moore is also in the doghouse due to poor play, leaving James Jones, Andre Holmes, Vincent Brown and Brice Butler as the top-four wideouts.

Jets LB David Harris suggested Antonio Gates will be a focal point of their defensive gameplan Sunday.

The Seahawks chose to leave a linebacker in single coverage on Gates in Week 2, leading to a 7-96-3 outburst. Since then, Gates has a totaled 4-38-0. "He is a guy that, you have to somebody underneath, and over the top, at all times," Harris said. At this point in Gates' career, he can't beat any kind of double coverage. He'll be a touchdown-dependent back-end TE1 Sunday.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, signs point to Teddy Bridgewater (ankle) sitting out Thursday night's game at Green Bay.

The short week isn't doing Bridgewater any favors after his ankle awkwardly got bent just four days ago. Nothing is official yet, but it looks like Christian Ponder is going to get the nod here (Matt Cassel is on injured reserve). That would make the Packers D/ST a very attractive streamer, as Ponder has no shot in Lambeau on two days of practice. In nine games last year, Ponder went 2-6-1 while throwing nine interceptions, fumbling seven times and taking 27 sacks.

When asked about the Falcons, former NFL coach Brian Billick said he "can't think of another team in the league that has less quantifiable talent on it defensively."

Billick is the brother-in-law of Falcons head coach Mike Smith and also worked with defensive coordinator Mike Nolan in Baltimore. He points out what's become obvious: This Falcons defense is what we all expected the Cowboys defense to be this season. They rank 31st in yards allowed per game, 29th in points allowed per game and have just three sacks through four outings. The Giants, Bears, Ravens and Lions are up next.

Niles Paul said the concussion he suffered last Thursday night was the first of his career.

It's good news as Paul makes his way through the NFL's protocol. However, he admitted to not remembering the hit that knocked him out against the Giants, always a bad sign. Paul's on-field outlook is also complicated by the impending return of Jordan Reed (hamstring), who projects to reclaim starting duties.

Torrey Smith leads the NFL with five pass interference penalties drawn.

Smith's miserable stats through four games (8-138-1) don't show the value he's brought to the Ravens in the form of PI penalties. It's not a fluke, as Smith led the NFL in 2012 as well by drawing 16. Of course, fantasy owners don't get points for drawn penalties and Torrey has clearly taken a backseat to Steve Smith. He'll be a boom or bust WR3 as long as he keeps running low-percentage shot routes.

Odell Beckham (hamstring) said he'd be happy with a limited number of plays in Sunday's game against the Falcons.

Beckham went through a hard practice Wednesday and will do the same Thursday. As long as he emerges without any setbacks, coach Tom Coughlin said the No. 12 overall pick will be part of the gameplan. However, Beckham won't be startable in fantasy until his snap count gets up around the 70-75 percent mark we eventually expect.
