According to ESPN's Ian Begley, the Knicks "are one of several teams to express interest" in Troy Williams.

The Rockets had to waive the 23-year-old forward to make room for Joe Johnson. Williams is expected to make a decision on where to sign "soon," but no other team is mentioned in the report. Williams was buried on the depth chart in Houston, but did have a really strong summer league and could be interesting on a rebuilding team like the Knicks. He's worth monitoring in very deep leagues.

The Raptors are reportedly eying Arron Afflalo, should he reach a buyout agreement with the Magic.

The 32-year-old veteran doesn't make much sense on Orlando's roster, so he could certainly be a buyout candidate. However, regardless of the name across his jersey, he'll remain irrelevant in fantasy hoops.

According to Candace Buckner of the Washington Post, John Wall (knee surgery) "no longer needs crutches and shows no visible hitch in his walk."

It's been two weeks since his surgery, and while John Wall didn't reveal much, he hinted that he's still hoping to return between the 6- to 8-week mark. "I haven’t really tried to get back on the court yet so, just doing the little things. And I haven’t started running yet. So whenever I get to that point I can kind of start grasping stuff and understanding what level I’m at but right now it’s between six to eight weeks," he said. "It might be longer but I don’t know. I haven’t got to that point." We'll continue to track his progress every step of the way, but it's possible he returns in time to help his owners in the fantasy playoffs.

Tiago Splitter announced his retirement from the NBA on Sunday.

He was hoping for another job before the season, but the right opportunity never came. Since then, Splitter has been working as a reporter. The 33-year-old Brazilian has career averages of 7.9 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 0.6 blocks.

LeBron James led his All-Star team to a spirited win on Sunday with 29 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists, four 3-pointers and one steal in a game-high 31 minutes.

LeBron earned All-Star MVP honors and his team played surprisingly aggressive defense down the stretch, including a suffocating double-team against Stephen Curry at the end of regulation. In the process, LeBron passed Oscar Robertson for fifth-most assists in All-Star game history, and he's just two assists behind Bob Cousy. King James wasn't messing around tonight, and we can only hope this sets the tone for future All-Star games.

Anthony Davis scored 12 points on 6-of-9 shooting during Team LeBron's feisty win on Sunday, adding two rebounds and one assist in 17 minutes.

Davis injured his groin early in the Pelicans' game on Wednesday, but it appears to be a non-issue. He looked fine during the All-Star game and there was no suggestion that he'd sit out with the injury, so owners can anticipate him being fully rested and ready after the break. The Pelicans play two games in Week 19, followed by a three-game Week 20. Davis also deserves kudos for wearing injured teammate DeMarcus Cousins' jersey to begin this year's All-Star game.

Joel Embiid (ankle) finished his first All-Star game with 19 points on 8-of-13 shooting, two 3-pointers, eight rebounds and two blocks.

Embiid missed Philly's final game before the break due to swelling in his right ankle, and he admitted that he wasn't feeling "so good" during Friday's Rising Stars game. He added one steal and one assist in just 20 minutes tonight, and moved well while he was on the court, so we anticipate him being ready to roll vs. Chicago on Feb 22.

Jimmy Butler didn't play during Sunday's All-Star game.

Butler leads the NBA in minutes per game (37.3) and the Wolves played on Thursday, the most recent day games were played prior to the break. "This Timberwolves season is very, very important to me," Butler said after the game. It sounds like Butler requested that coach Mike D'Antoni leave him out of the rotation, and neither the Wolves nor Butler's fantasy owners will complain that he's getting extra rest.
