The Cincinnati Bengals have allowed just 17.5 points per game since their Week 9 bye.
That figure is a drastic improvement from the 23.6 ppg the Bengals allowed in eight games prior to the bye. The Bengals D/ST has forced at least one turnover and recorded at least one sack in each of the last four weeks while turning in four respectable fantasy performances. Fantasy owners should be racing to the waiver wire to acquire the Bengals D/ST (owned in 44 percent of Yahoo leagues) in preparation for a Week 14 matchup with lowly Cleveland.
Stefon Diggs (knee) is practicing in full for Week 14.
Diggs is healthy coming off Minnesota's mini-bye. He's a midrange WR2 for Sunday's matchup with Jacksonville.
Marvin Jones (quad) was limited at Wednesday's practice.
Jones sat out Sunday's game with a thigh injury. Even when healthy, Jones has been a non-factor for almost two months. If he does return this week, it would probably be a slight downgrade for Golden Tate, Eric Ebron and perhaps Anquan Boldin.
Eric Ebron (knee) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
Ebron has dealt with knee issues for most of the season. He should be fine for Week 14. Ebron has been held to just two catches over the last two games. He's a TE2 for the fantasy playoffs.
Updating a previous item, Theo Riddick missed Wednesday's practice with a wrist injury.
Riddick has been missing practice time for the past several weeks. As of now, there's little concern about his Week 14 availability, but we'll have to check back in on him Thursday. Riddick will be an RB3 if he plays Sunday.
ESPN's Dan Graziano reports the Browns plan to start Robert Griffin III against the Bengals.
Coming out of the bye week, coach Hue Jackson refused to name a starter after Wednesday's practice, a practice in which all four of RGIII, Josh McCown, Cody Kessler, and Kevin Hogan took snaps. Signs have pointed to Griffin getting the start for the past couple weeks. He does very little to move the needle from a fantasy standpoint, but Terrelle Pryor's floor remains safe.
Jeremy Maclin (groin) was removed from the Week 14 injury report and will play Thursday night against the Raiders.
It's unclear what kind of role Maclin will have after missing four weeks, but there's been no indication he'll be on any sort of snap count. Look for Maclin to see his customary 5-8 targets, which takes some air out of the balloon for Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill. Treat Maclin as a WR4 coming off a long layoff.
Allen Hurns (hamstring) is not practicing Wednesday.
Hurns has long been off the fantasy radar for pretty much the entirety of this lost season in Jacksonville. Bryan Walters played the slot last week.
