Raiders released FB Marcel Reece.

Suspended the first three weeks of the season for a PEDs violation, Reece was deemed unworthy of the remainder of his $2.6 million base salary by the Raiders. 31 years old, Reece has averaged 4.6 yards per carry and 9.8 yards per reception in his eight-year career. He should be able to latch on elsewhere as a swiss-army-knife contributor. Reece can also play special teams.

Coach Rex Ryan said Monday he "can't say" whether Sammy Watkins (foot) will be ready for Week 4 at New England.

Ryan said the Bills are still in "wait-and-see" mode regarding Watkins' playing availability week to week. The Bills will see how Watkins is feeling later in the week and make a decision thereafter. Watkins' injured foot was stepped on by a teammate last week. He may come down to a game-time decision.

Jarvis Landry (shoulder) was listed as a non-participant in the Dolphins' Monday practice.

The Dolphins didn't actually hold a practice, but the NFL requires teams playing on Thursday nights to issue would-be injury reports on Mondays. Landry went 7-120-1 against the Browns and wasn't known to be hurt. He played 96 percent of Miami's offensive snaps. Expect Landry to start at Cincinnati.

Dion Sims (ankle) was listed as a limited participant in the Dolphins' Monday practice.

Sims played almost every snap in Miami's Week 3 loss to Cleveland after Jordan Cameron went out with an early-game concussion. Sims' ankle injury likely isn't severe. He will be on the streamer radar for Week 4 against the Bengals.

DeVante Parker (hamstring) was listed as a full participant in the Dolphins' Monday practice.

Parker was "limited" each of the past two weeks, so this is a step in the right direction. He went for 106 yards in Week 2 and hit pay dirt in Week 3.

Titans coach Mike Mularkey said Monday that rookie Tajae Sharpe took a "step back" in Sunday's loss to the Raiders.

Mularkey called Sharpe "inconsistent." Since a solid opener, Sharpe has managed 81 yards on 14 targets the last two games, and has yet to find the end zone this season. He won't be usable this week against Houston's elite defense.

Ravens LG Alex Lewis is in the concussion protocol.

Backup Ryan Jensen closed out last week's game at left guard. A fourth-round rookie, Lewis has pass protected well but struggled as a run blocker so far.

Titans coach Mike Mularkey expects Delanie Walker (hamstring) to resume practicing on Thursday.

Walker was close to playing on Sunday, before being declared inactive. It sounds like the Titans expect him to be in the starting lineup against the Texans.
