The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the NFL is "considering all options" for discipline with Marshawn Lynch.

Lynch was ejected for leaving the sidelines and shoving a referee on Thursday night. He's facing fines in excess of $60,000 and could potentially miss Week 8 against Buffalo. There should be a decision on Lynch's status early next week. DeAndre Washington and Jalen Richard would form a committee if Lynch is forced to sit.

Jaguars coach Doug Marrone said Dede Westbrook (core muscle surgery, IR) is "on track" to return in Week 9.

Westbrook was cleared to catch passes last week and has been running on the side at practice. Barring setbacks, he should be back when first eligible Week 9 against the Bengals. Westbrook is expected to have an immediate role, and looks likely to make a second-half impact. With Jacksonville not getting much from Allen Hurns and Marqise Lee, Westbrook could see a heavy target share when he returns.

Packers placed Aaron Rodgers (broken collarbone) on injured reserve.

He'll miss at least the next eight weeks. The Packers have yet to rule Rodgers out for the season, so there's a chance he could return in Week 15. Brett Hundley will take over as the starter, but is a downgrade to the entire pass offense. The Packers should become a more run heavy team with Rodgers sidelined.

Saints LT Terron Armstead (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Week 7.

Armstead only practiced on a limited basis, but didn't have any setbacks after making his debut last week. He's fully expected to play Sunday against the Packers.

Chris Hogan (ribs) wasn't listed on the Patriots' final injury report for Week 7 against the Falcons.

Hogan took a hard hit to the ribs in last week's win over the Jets but played through it. He returned to a full practice on Friday after being limited on both Wednesday and Thursday. Hogan is RotoPat's No. 10 receiver for Week 7.

Rex Burkhead (ribs) wasn't listed on the Patriots' final injury report for Week 7 against the Falcons.

Burkhead is set to make his return after missing the last four games with a rib injury. With Burkhead healthy, it will be interesting to see what the Patriots decide to do with Mike Gillislee, who has been losing work to Dion Lewis and committed a costly fumble in last week's win over the Jets. Burkhead is not a fantasy option at this point.

Willie Snead (hamstring) is questionable for Week 7 against the Packers.

He should be ready to roll after getting in a limited week of practice. Snead played just 27.3 percent of the Saints' snaps in his season debut last week, but should play a much bigger role against the Packers.

49ers coach Kyle Shanahan expects LB Reuben Foster (questionable, ankle) to return against the Cowboys in Week 7.

"As long as there aren't any setbacks here in the next 48 hours, I feel pretty confident," said Shanahan. Foster should be ready after putting in a limited week of practice. The first-round rookie hasn't seen the field since suffering a high-ankle sprain in Week 1.
