Trevor Ariza scored just six points on 2-of-10 shooting vs. the Pacers on Monday.

He's been in a brutal all slump all month, shooting just 31.1 percent from the field in February. He's still getting a lot of playing time and logged 36 minutes tonight, adding five rebounds and one assist. Ariza has the ceiling of a top-25 player, but his floor is low when he's not hitting 3-pointers -- he missed all seven of his triples tonight. He's absolutely worth holding in standard leagues and did have a nice game on Saturday with 15 points, three assists, three rebounds, one steal and three triples.
Feb 28 - 1:11 AM

Nemanja Bjelica finished Monday's game against the Kings with 10 points and 12 rebounds over 35 minutes.

Bjelica also added two assists and two steals with zero turnovers while hitting a pair of 3-pointers. He was playing extended minutes with the game out of hand in the second half. In fact, he played his most minutes since he logged 41 back on Nov. 13 against the Lakers. He remains useful only in deeper leagues, playing 18-22 minutes per contest.
Feb 28 - 1:10 AM

Gorgui Dieng missed all eight of his field goal attempts in Monday's game against the Kings, finishing with just two points.

It wasn't a completely lost night for Dieng's fantasy owners, as he snagged 10 rebounds to go along with an assist and just two turnovers in 35 minutes. Dieng has double-digit rebounding totals in four of his past six outings, and the big man has quick hands, posting 15 steals over his past eight contests. Don't expect much in the way of offense from Dieng, especially playing next to Karl-Anthony Towns. However, Dieng gets his fair share of rebounds, steals and an occasional blocked shot.
Feb 28 - 1:08 AM

Patrick Beverley (groin) was held to two points on 1-of-6 shooting in 28 minutes vs. the Pacers on Monday.

Not only was Beverley quiet on offense, Jeff Teague also lit him up for 25 points. Beverley isn't 100 percent and the Rockets held him out of practice on Sunday as a precaution, so the Rockets may give him a maintenance day or two down the stretch since they have the third best record in the West. Beverley is still a hold in standard leagues and salvaged his poor shooting line with six rebounds, four assists and three steals before fouling out.
Feb 28 - 1:06 AM

Ricky Rubio scored just nine points in Monday's game against the Kings but he ended up with 11 assists, five rebounds, two steals and a blocked shot.

Rubio doesn't have to put up huge point totals with Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins more than capable of handling those duties. However, what he loses in fantasy appeal in the scoring department he more than makes up for in the assists category. He has 11 or more rebounds in six of his past seven outings, and he is a major contributor with 17 steals during the same stretch.
Feb 28 - 1:05 AM

Lou Williams' 28 points weren't enough in a 117-108 loss to the Pacers on Monday.

Williams shot 8-of-15 from the field in the loss with three boards, one assist, one steal, one block and five triples in 28 minutes. He also sank 7-of-8 free throws, but that's nothing new for him as he was averaging 5.9 FTAs per game coming into tonight's contest. He's loving life with his new team and may have more value in Houston than he did in Los Angeles, averaging 24.0 points, 1.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 4.7 3-pointers in his last three games.
Feb 28 - 1:03 AM

Karl-Anthony Towns finished with 29 points, 17 rebounds, three blocked shots and two assists in 38 minutes on Monday against the Kings.

Towns is averaging 24 points and 12 rebounds overall on the season, but lately he has been ridiculous. He has 17 or more rebounds in four straight games, including a career-best 22 boards in his last outing in Houston Saturday. Over the past four he is averaging 29.0 points and 19.0 rebounds, which is well excess of his already lofty averages in the categories.
Feb 28 - 1:01 AM

Rodney Stuckey scored 17 points with six rebounds, three assists, two steals and two triples in 22 minutes vs. the Rockets on Monday.

It was his best game in a while and he took advantage of some extra touches with Paul George in foul trouble. Stuckey has been hurt for most of the season and competes for touches in a crowded wing rotation, so he can be left on the wire in standard leagues unless he does this a couple more times. He averaged 8.4 points per game in February coming into tonight's game.
