Dolphins declared WR Rishard Matthews, RB LaMichael James, DB Walt Aikens, DL Deandre Coleman, OT Dallas Thomas, G/C Sam Brenner, and WR Matt Hazel inactive for Week 17 against the Jets.

There are no surprises anmongst the Dolphins' Week 17 inactives.

Saints S Kenny Vaccaro is a healthy scratch for Week 17.

Vaccaro wasn't on the injury report, so he's a healthy scratch for the Saints' meaningless finale. It's been quite a fall for Vaccaro after he was one of the league's best rookies in 2013. Also inactive for the Saints are WR Seantavius Jones, WR Brandon Coleman, CB Stanley Jean-Baptiste, LB Moises Fokou, LB Jerry Franklin and LT Terron Armstead (neck).
Dec 28 - 11:44 AM

Julian Edelman (concussion) has been declared inactive for Week 17 against the Bills.

A Saturday report said any Patriot carrying even the slightest of injuries would be inactive in the meaningless season finale, so Edelman appears to be a victim of that policy. He got in limited practices this week and should be good to go following the Patriots first-round bye. New England also declared TE Rob Gronkowski, RB Jonas Gray, OG Dan Connolly, OT Sebastian Vollmer, LB Donta Hightower and CB Brandon Browner inactive against the Bills.
Dec 28 - 11:43 AM

Bears declared K Robbie Gould, QB Jimmy Clausen, CB Al Louis-Jean, S Chris Conte, OT Charles Leno, DE Austen Lane, and DT Brandon Dunn inactive for Week 17 against the Vikings.

Jay Feely will close out the season as the Bears' kicker.
Dec 28 - 11:42 AM

Texans declared TE Garrett Graham, WR DeVier Posey, QB Tom Savage, ILB Mike Mohamed, S Josh Aubrey, LG Xavier Su'a-Filo, and OLB Jason Ankrah inactive for Week 17 against the Jaguars.

Graham has an ankle injury. His season ends with 18 catches for 197 yards and one touchdown on 500-plus snaps. Su'a-Filo, the Texans' second-round pick, has been a routine healthy scratch the past few weeks after playing just 130 snaps scattered across the first three months. Houston has amazingly gotten very little out of its draft class. Posey and Savage are out with injuries.
Dec 28 - 11:42 AM

Tony Romo (back) is active and starting for Week 17.

The Cowboys are essentially locked into the No. 3 seed, but appear poised to play their starters for at least a half against the Redskins. Inactive for the Cowboys are ILB Rolando McClain, DT Josh Brent, RT Doug Free, QB Dustin Vaughan, S Jakar Hamilton, LB Dekoda Watson and OT Donald Hawkins.
Dec 28 - 11:40 AM

Browns declared QB Brian Hoyer (shoulder) inactive for Week 17 against the Ravens.

A free agent following the season, Hoyer has likely played his final game in Cleveland. Rookie Connor Shaw will start at quarterback with Johnny Manziel (hamstring) on injured reserve. Without Josh Gordon as well, the Browns offense will struggle to move the ball. The Ravens DST is an excellent option Week 17. Cleveland also declared CB Justin Gilbert, LS Charley Hughlett, OL Ryan Seymour, DT Ahtyba Rubin, OL Andrew McDonald and WR Phil Bates inactive for Week 17.
Dec 28 - 11:40 AM

Jets declared WR Percy Harvin, QB Matt Simms, WR Walter Powell, S Jaiquawn Jarrett, G Wesley Johnson, C Nick Mangold, and DT T.J. Barnes inactive for Week 17 against the Dolphins.

The absence of Harvin makes Eric Decker a sneaky-if-contrarian DFS play against the Fins. Even versus Miami's fading defense, New York's running game is probably going to struggle with All-Pro center Mangold on the shelf.
