Gerald Green (heel) is listed as out for Wednesday's game vs. the Cavs.

This is a just a game notes designation, so it's by no means definitive. We should have a more formal update from the team after shootaround on Wednesday. Either way, the fantasy impact is minimal, as Green is averaging under 12 minutes per game this season.

Brandan Wright (personal) will be active and available for Tuesday's game vs. the Suns.

Wright had missed the last two games for personal reasons. Only a limited fantasy impact here, as Wright is averaging fewer than 14 minutes per contest this season. Zach Randolph will see a bit less court time with Wright active.

Coach Tyronn Lue told reporters that Tristan Thompson has been bothered by tendinitis in his knee, a claim which Thompson later stated that was untrue.

"He's been going through some tendinitis all year, his knee has been bothering him a little bit all year," Lue said. "He's finally starting to come around and he's feeling good." When asked to comment, Thompson claimed he was fine. "No, no tendinitis," Thompson said. "I'm good. Not sure what coach Lue's talking about. Nothing more than the usual bumps and bruises. I'm good." Thompson has the longest current games-played streak in the NBA, so don't expect him to miss a game anytime soon.

John Wall is "battling a cold" but appears likely to play Tuesday vs. the Warriors.

We should have an update from the team prior to tip off on Tuesday evening. Wall has played extremely well over the last month. He has recorded a double-double in 11 straight games and is averaging 22.5 points and 13.2 assists over that stretch.

Garrett Temple (hamstring) is hoping to return to the Kings lineup by the end of next week.

Temple suffered a partial tear of his left hamstring back on Jan. 31. "I feel like I’m progressing well. I’ve had no setbacks" Temple said. "I’m going to go about a week after I feel 100 percent. If I come back sometime beginning of next week or middle of next week, I think I’d be happy with that." The Kings have plenty of depth on the wing with Tyreke Evans, Buddy Hield and Langston Galloway now in the mix. Temple can be left on waivers in standard leagues.

Coach Mike Malone estimates that Kenneth Faried (back) will miss at least the next 7-10 days.

Faried is not traveling with the team on their road trip. He is back in Denver to receive treatment. Wilson Chandler started in place of Faried on Sunday and will likely draw another start on Tuesday. Darrell Arthur and Mason Plumlee should also see an uptick in minutes with Faried sidelined. Juancho Hernangomez was expected to see additional playing time on Sunday, but was a DNP-CD.

Evan Turner will have his cast removed on Friday and hopes to play "in a week or so."

Turner fractured the third metacarpal in his right hand on February 7th. The initial prognosis was for him to be sidelined for 5-6 weeks, so it appears he is a bit ahead of schedule. Turner's return would eat into the minutes and fantasy value of Moe Harkless and Allen Crabbe. Turner, who was struggling this season prior to the injury, can be left on waiver wires for now.

Marvin Williams (right shoulder strain) is listed as questionable in the game notes for Thursday's matchup with the Lakers.

This is the first we've heard of a shoulder issue for Williams, who hasn't missed a game since early December. In fact, Williams is averaging 38.4 minutes over the Hornets last four games. With Cody Zeller (quad) also listed as questionable, the Hornets would be very thin up front if Williams is unable to play. Christian Wood would see a big bump in minutes and Johnny O'Bryant would probably make his Hornets debut. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist would also likely be asked to slide over and play PF at times.
