Michael Floyd caught 4-of-11 targets for 65 yards in the Cardinals' Week 3 loss to the Bills.
The Cardinals tried numerous deep shots to Floyd early in the game, but connected on none of them and wound up trying to nickel and dime Buffalo's defense underneath, which didn't work. Floyd scored a touchdown in Week 2 and has gone over 60 yards in his other two games, but he has been a disappointment in fantasy early in the season. He'll get a tougher draw in Week 4 when the Cardinals take on a Rams defense that suffocates perimeter wideouts.
Cody Kessler completed 21-of-33 passes for 244 yards in Cleveland's Week 3 loss to Miami.
He didn't have any touchdowns and lost a fumble. Kessler lost significant snaps to Terrelle Pryor, who had four carries and five pass attempts. He did enough to get the Browns a win, but they missed a game-winnign field goal late in the fourth quarter. With Josh McCown out 2-4 weeks, Kessler will make at least one more start.
Blake Bortles completed 24-of-38 passes for two touchdowns and three interceptions and rushed three times for 17 yards in the Jaguars' Week 3 loss to the Ravens.
Bortles started off poorly, completing just 10-of-19 passes for 78 yards in the first half. He fared a little better after halftime, particularly in the third quarter when he connected on 9-of-10 throws for 87 yards and a touchdown. Both of his scores went to Allen Robinson, who played out of his mind on Sunday. Despite a few nice stretches, Bortles ultimately couldn’t get out of his own way, losing the game with a pair of fourth quarter interceptions. The first was a complete misfire to T.J. Yeldon that was tipped by Jalen Ramsey and eventually wound up in the hands of Tavon Young. Bortles was picked again on a desperation heave with 15 seconds left in regulation. Through three games the Jaguars have looked just as inept as they've always been despite entering the year with unusually high expectations. Coach Gus Bradley will be lucky to keep his job after Sunday’s embarrassment.
Allen Robinson corralled seven-of-11 targets for 57 yards and two touchdowns Sunday in the Jaguars' Week 3 loss to the Ravens.
Robinson was expected to draw shadow coverage from Jimmy Smith but was mostly followed by Shareece Wright. That’s who he beat on both of his touchdowns with the first coming on a three-yard pass off play-action late in the second quarter. Robinson extended that drive with two third-down conversions. Later Robinson delivered a sprawling 11-yard touchdown on a play that was originally called incomplete but was overturned on review. It was a nice bounce-back effort for Robinson, who was mostly held in check during Jacksonville’s first two games. He’ll be back on the WR1 radar next week against the Colts.
Chargers ILB Manti Te'o exited Week 3 against the Colts with an Achilles' injury.
He was out in coverage on Frank Gore before going down with the non-contact injury. It has the looks of a torn Achilles'. Javanti Brown is in the game in Te'o's place next to fellow starter ILB Denzel Perryman.
Theo Riddick rushed 10 times for nine yards and hauled in 7-of-9 targets for 39 yards Week 3 against the Packers.
Riddick tried his best to torpedo the offense early, losing ground on five of his first seven touches and finishing the first half with six carries for -11 yards. He found more success -- not a high bar -- on the ground in the second half, but it is painfully clear he cannot be the lead back while Ameer Abdullah is sidelined. Dwayne Washington needs to have a bigger role moving forward, and he needs to be owned in all fantasy formats.
David Johnson rushed 19 times for 83 yards and two touchdowns and caught 3-of-6 targets for 28 yards in the Cardinals' Week 3 loss to Buffalo.
Beyond a handful of clutch catches by Larry Fitzgerald, Johnson was Arizona's lone source of offense against the Bills. He nearly had a third touchdown, but was tripped by his own teammate en route to the end zone on a late second-quarter red-zone play. Still, Johnson has surpassed 110 total yards in three straight games to open the season. Even against a stout Rams defense in Week 4, Johnson will be a top-three fantasy RB1 play.
Eli Manning completed 25-of-38 passes for one touchdown and two interceptions in New York's 29-27, Week 3 loss to the Redskins.
