Jordan Cameron (shoulder) is practicing in full for Week 5.

Cameron is as healthy as he's been this season coming off the Browns' bye. He's a TE1 against a Titans defense that's allowing the tenth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends.

NFL suspended Panthers DE Frank Alexander 10 games for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

Alexander just returned Monday from a four-game suspension for violating the same policy. He's now out for the next 10 games, and can't return until Week 16. What a boneheaded mistake. Carolina will continue to move forward with Charles Johnson, Kony Ealy, Mario Addison, and Wes Horton as its four-man rotation at end. Alexander's rookie deal ends following the 2015 season.

Tavon Austin (knee) returned to practice Wednesday.

It puts him on track to return for Sunday's game against the Eagles. Austin will play the slot in three-wide sets, with Austin Pettis also mixing in.
Oct 1 - 4:46 PM

Andre Johnson (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.

Johnson briefly exited Sunday's game against the Bills in the fourth quarter. He said after the game that he was "fine," but felt a "pop" in the ankle. The Texans very well could be giving the 33-year-old some rest. We'll have to keep an eye on Johnson the remainder of the week. He'll be updated again Thursday.
Oct 1 - 4:41 PM

Arian Foster (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Foster is likely going to miss plenty of practice reps this week before being a game-time decision against the Cowboys on Sunday. Foster said he wasn't 100 percent in Week 4, and coach Bill O'Brien later called his running back day-to-day. If Foster can't play, Alfred Blue would likely get the start for Houston.
Oct 1 - 4:38 PM

Dez Bryant (shoulder) is practicing in full for Week 5.

Bryant was limited the last two weeks with his shoulder injury, but it was never a major concern. He'll be a high-end WR1 against the Texans.
Oct 1 - 4:37 PM

ESPN Cleveland calls second-year OLB Barkevious Mingo a "coverage specialist."

Coach Mike Pettine says Mingo is the Browns' best cover linebacker, and "that's just the way we decided to proceed with that rotation." That's certainly not what the Browns had in mind when they selected Mingo with the No. 6 overall pick last year, but Pettine wasn't in Cleveland for that decision. Mingo has played 104 defensive snaps in two games this season, rushing the passer on just 28 of those. He's a top-five run-stopping 3-4 OLB at Pro Football Focus.
Oct 1 - 4:29 PM

Theo Riddick (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Riddick suffered a setback with his hamstring in Sunday's win, leaving his status up in the air for Week 5. He could see carries behind Reggie Bush this week with Joique Bell (concussion) sidelined. Riddick will be updated again on Thursday.
