Kawhi Leonard scored 25 points on 9-of-18 shooting on Friday, to go with three boards, one assist, two 3-pointers and two turnovers in 26 minutes.

Leonard tied his career-high for most points scored in a single quarter by dropping 16 points during the first quarter of action, and he would have had an even more impressive stat line had this game not been a massive blowout. This was San Antonio's fourth straight win, and with the way they've been playing, it would be shocking if they didn't secure the No. 2 seed out West.

LaMarcus Aldridge scored 16 points on 8-of-14 shooting Sunday, to go with nine rebounds, one assist and no other statistics through 23 minutes of floor time.

Aldridge hasn’t been anything more than a mid-round guy this year, and the presence of Pau Gasol essentially guarantees he won’t be jumping into the early-round equation as he’s forced to split touches with his frontcourt running mate. We’re not expecting a second-half explosion this year.

Domantas Sabonis will remain in the starting five for Sunday's game against the Pelicans.

Sabonis is clinging to his starting job in OKC, but it feels like only a matter of time until Taj Gibson overtakes him for the starting four-spot. Sabonis is only averaging 6.1 points, 3.8 boards and not much else this season, so he can't be considered a viable target in most leagues despite the starter designation.

Victor Oladipo (back) will be a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup with the Pelicans.

Oladipo is currently going through his pregame routine and a decision on his status will be made once that's complete. For what it's worth, Dipo was reportedly walking very lightly after sitting down following his pregame workout, so he may be a bit closer to doubtful. If he's out, Alex Abrines will have another opportunity to start. Stay tuned.

The Hawks have agreed to waive Lamar Patterson as he attends to a personal situation.

He was a negligible part of the Hawks rotation, so him getting waived has no barring in fantasy hoops.

Victor Oladipo (back) was spotted going through a pregame workout, but his status for Sunday's game against the Pelicans remains unclear.

Oladipo was forced to spend Friday's game on the sidelines, and only managed to get in a light practice on Saturday, so he's likely headed for a game-time call tonight. Owners will need to check back closer to tip-off for an official update, but if he's out, Alex Abrines would likely draw the start and he'd be someone to consider as a punt play in DFS after putting up 19 points and five triples his last time out. Stay tuned.

Kyle Lowry (right wrist) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Trail Blazers.

The swelling in Lowry's wrist has gone down, and all the tests performed came back clean, so it doesn't sound like this is a very serious injury. Head coach Dwane Casey said he's considering Lowry day-to-day, so for now, we'll be considering him questionable for Monday's game in New York. With Lowry out tonight, Cory Joseph will draw the start and DeMar DeRozan will be working with a Russell Westbrook-like usage rate.

RotoGrinders.com Daily Slant: In the two games DeRozan has played without Lowry this season, he averaged 39.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 5.5 assists. Not surprisingly, his usage rate spikes up by 7.3% to 43.7% when Lowry is off the court. Fire him up in all formats against a Portland team that ranks 22nd in DvP against shooting guards.

Al-Farouq Aminu (left knee) is good to go for Sunday's game against the Raptors.

Trail Blazers beat writer Mike Richman speculates that Aminu will be coming off the bench in his first game back following a two-game absence, meaning that Noah Vonleh would remain Portland's starting power forward. Still, Aminu's numbers have actually been slightly better as a reserve this season, so feel free to get him active.
