Matt Cassel was forced from Minneosta's Week 3 game against the Saints with a left toe injury, and is questionable to return.

First-round rookie Teddy Bridgewater is now in the game at quarterback. Cassel limped off the field after getting dragged down on a second-quarter scramble. He spent some time on the trainer's table before being carted to the locker room. He's undergoing X-rays. Although he had yet to be sacked, Cassel was getting harassed before going down. He completed 5-of-10 passes for 53 yards.

LeSean McCoy left Sunday's Week 3 game against the Redskins after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit in the first quarter.

On McCoy's second carry of the day, he bounded forward for nine yards but took a brutal shot to the head from Redskins CB David Amerson. He looked extremely dazed as trainers came out to check on him. Chris Polk and Darren Sproles are the backups as McCoy goes to the locker room to get checked for a concussion.

Danny Woodhead was carted off the field after suffering an ankle injury against the Bills.

Woodhead's ankle bent awkwardly underneath him as he was tackled on his first carry of the game. He is out for the rest of the game. Donald Brown and rookie Branden Oliver will see extensive work with Woodhead sidelined.

The Texans announced Alfred Blue will be their starting tailback Sunday at the Giants.

The sixth-round rookie out of LSU passed Jonathan Grimes on the depth chart and had 11 carries off the bench last week. The Texans are a run-heavy team, which works in Blue's Week 3 fantasy favor, but Texans beat writers expect an "RBBC" against the Giants, and New York has played solid run defense thus far. Blue is a high-risk flex play. Grimes and Ronnie Brown are also in the mix.

Shaun Hill was working with the first-team offense in pre-game warmups.

The expectation is that Austin Davis will get the start after taking the vast majority of first-team snaps in practice this week, but coach Jeff Fisher is keeping this thing under wraps as long as possible. Neither Hill nor Davis should be in fantasy lineups outside of deeper two-quarterback leagues. It's going to be the Zac Stacy show on offense for the Rams, with Hill or Davis "game-managing."

FOX's Jay Glazer confirms that Jamaal Charles (ankle) is not expected to play in Sunday's late game against the Dolphins.

Charles clearly doesn't have a true high-ankle sprain, but he remains sore. Glazer said Andy Reid will likely err on the side of caution. "Unless something happens later today to convince Reid that Charles is 100 percent, Charles will be down today," said Glazer. Knile Davis can be penciled into lineups as a volume back against a very good Dolphins run defense.

Sources tell ESPN's Adam Schefter that free agent Ray Rice's appeal will argue the videotape from the elevator was edited.

Rice is trying to get his indefinite suspension overturned, but it likely doesn't matter anyway. No team is going to take the public relations hit that would come with picking him up. Regardless, Rice is arguing that the TMZ video was a cleaned-up, whittled down and condensed version of the events that took place in the Atlantic City casino elevator.

RB Danny Woodhead has been listed as the starting running back for the Chargers against the Bills Week 3.

Donald Brown is expected to take over most of Ryan Mathews' (knee) early-down work, but Woodhead should have a big role as well. Brown is the still the superior fantasy play, but both players are startable in every format.
