NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Packers believe NT B.J. Raji suffered a torn bicep in the team's third preseason game Friday night.

Raji is undergoing tests to determine if the bicep is fully or partially torn. There had been some optimism that Raji's injury was minor, but either scenario would force him to miss significant time. The Patriots should update his status following the tests.

ESPN Cowboys reporter Todd Archer does not believe RB Ryan Williams will make the final roster.

Williams has been impressive this preseason, but he has been outplayed by second-year back Joseph Randle. Unless the Cowboys decide to keep four running backs, Williams will likely be cut. Finally healthy, Williams will have no shortage of suitors if he hits the open market.

Nate Allen has earned the start at strong safety in all three of the Eagles' preseason games.

Coach Chip Kelly would not commit to Allen, but said he has had an "outstanding camp." It would be surprising if Allen does not open the season as the starter opposite Malcolm Jenkins. Earl Wolff should serve as the third safety.

FS Earl Thomas is the favorite to return punts for the Seahawks this season.

Thomas almost broke a 59-yard return for a touchdown in the Seahawks' third preseason game Friday night. It seems unwise to risk an All-Pro safety that was just given a huge contract extension on punt returns, but Thomas is a dynamic player with the ball in his hands.

Eagles cut WR B.J. Cunningham.

A sixth-round pick in 2012, Cunningham has zero career catches in two regular season appearances. He may latch on somewhere else, but his chances of making any meaningful impact are slim and none.

Panthers WR Tiquan Underwood did not see a target against the Patriots Friday night.

Underwood has fallen behind rookie Kelvin Benjamin, Jerricho Cotchery and Jason Avant on the depth chart, and may have already been passed by Tavarres King and Brenton Bersin as well. The Panthers have reportedly "not yet given up" on Underwood, but that may be changing. He is squarely on the roster bubble.

Raiders LB Sio Moore reportedly suffered a neck strain in the Raiders' third preseason game Friday night.

It was the best possible outcome after Moore had to be carted off the field during the second quarter. X-Rays were negative, and Moore was allowed to fly home with his teammates. His status for Week 1 is uncertain.

Kory Sheets tweeted he is out for the season after injuring his Achilles in the Raiders' third preseason game Friday night.

A 2009 UDFA out of Purdue, Sheets spent the last two seasons with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL. Sheets will likely be stashed on injured reserve or released with an injury settlement. Already 29, this could be the end of the road for Sheets.
