Donnie Avery (groin) is practicing in full for Week 13.
Avery should return this week after missing the last seven games. He'll start opposite Dwayne Bowe, with Jason Avant likely getting time in three-wide sets.
Anthony Fasano (knee) did not practice Wednesday.
Fasano played through his knee injury last week, but was on the field for just two snaps. His presence will continue to limit Travis Kelce's upside if he plays on Sunday night. Fasano has just a 22/203/3 line this season.
Bills claimed KR/WR Marcus Thigpen off waivers from the Bucs.
The Bills have been using Fred Jackson on punt returns, so Thigpen should provide an upgrade. It's not a good sign for Marquise Goodwin, who was a healthy scratch last week. Thigpen averaged 16.3 yards on punt returns in four games with the Bucs.
Fred Jackson is not listed on the Week 13 injury report.
Jackson didn't look over his groin issue on Monday night, but this confirms he didn't have any setbacks. The Bills should continue to increase his snaps now that he's getting close to full health. Jackson will remain the lead back in a committee with Anthony Dixon and Bryce Brown, making him an RB2/FLEX for Week 13 against the Browns.
Frank Gore (knee) is probable for Thursday night's game against Seattle.
He's good to go after practicing in full on Wednesday. Gore was rested earlier in the week with a knee issue. He'll be a low-end RB2/FLEX against Seattle's top-six run defense.
Colts claimed OLB Shaun Phillips off waivers from the Titans.
The Colts cut OLB Victor Butler to make room. Phillips, 33, has been one of the least-effective pass rushers in the league this season, amassing just two sacks, three QB hits, and 10 hurries across 363 snaps. Indianapolis is tied for ninth in the league with 28 sacks, but the Colts aren't getting consistent pressure. Phillips will team with Bjoern Werner and Erik Walden at 3-4 outside 'backer.
Shane Vereen (ankle) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
Despite losing goal-line carries to LeGarrette Blount last week, Vereen still led the backfield with 62 snaps. He'll be an RB2/FLEX option for Sunday's matchup with Green Bay.
Brandon LaFell (shoulder) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
LaFell exited late in the Week 12 win over the Lions after posting a 9-98 line. He'll be back on the WR3 map in a potential shootout against the Packers on Sunday.
