ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Dez Bryant (knee) is not expected to play against the 49ers in Week 4.
Bryant hasn't practiced since an MRI revealed that he has a hairline fracture in his knee. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport said the injury could sideline Dez for up to three weeks. Cole Beasley should see another heavy workload Sunday against the Niners.
Vance McDonald (hip) returned to 49ers practice Thursday.
McDonald will likely be listed as "limited," but it gives him a chance to suit up against the Cowboys on Sunday. Before today, McDonald had seemed likely to sit. We'd still consider him 50-50, at best. Fantasy owners shouldn't be counting on McDonald one way or the other.
Virgil Green (calf) remained sidelined Thursday.
The Broncos will roll with Jeff Heuerman and John Phillips against the Bucs.
Braxton Miller (hamstring) is out for Week 4 against the Titans.
Miller hasn't practiced since going down with a hamstring injury in Week 2. He's week to week. The Texans will use DeAndre Hopkins, Will Fuller and Jaelen Strong in three-wide sets Sunday.
Bills coach Rex Ryan expects LCB Ronald Darby (hamstring) to return against the Patriots.
Darby missed Week 3, but Ryan "(feels) pretty good" about his odds of suiting up in Foxboro. Darby had a rough game against the Jets in Week 2, but is an important part of the Bills' defense.
Sammy Watkins (foot) is expected to miss his third straight practice Friday, but coach Rex Ryan is "hopeful" he travels for the team's game to New England.
Ryan still offered no assurances about Watkins' Sunday status. Most signs suggest he will miss his second straight game.
Colts reserve OL Jonotthan Harrison is recovering from an appendectomy.
A center by trade, Harrison has played 61 snaps at guard this season. He's week to week, and will probably miss 2-3 contests.
T.Y. Hilton (knee) returned to Colts practice Thursday, getting in a full session.
The Colts have been resting Hilton's knee in practice, but it hasn't been an issue on game days. He's a legit WR1 for Sunday's London showdown with the Jags.
