Aaron Rodgers underwent surgery on his broken right collarbone Thursday.

Coach Mike McCarthy announced on Monday that Rodgers would be going under the knife. The Packers are holding off placing Rodgers on injured reserve, but it's believed his season is likely over. An absolute best-case scenario would probably have Rodgers returning for Week 16.

Melvin Gordon (shoulder) remained "limited" on Thursday.

The Bolts are rationing Gordon's practice reps. Continuing to see monster workloads, Gordon is an RB1 for Week 7 against the Broncos.
Oct 19 - 7:11 PM

Raiders ILB Navorro Bowman is active for Week 7 against the Chiefs.

With starting LBs Cory James and Marquel Lee inactive, Bowman could see heavy snaps right off the bat. Also inactive for the Raiders are DE Jihad Ward, OT Jylan Ware, QB Connor Cook, CB Gareon Conley and RT Marshall Newhouse.
Oct 19 - 7:08 PM

Albert Wilson (knee) is active for Week 7 against the Raiders.

Wilson was trending toward not playing before being declared a game-time decision. He's evidently healthy enough to soak up snaps for the Chiefs' banged up receiver corps. Wilson is not an advised Week 7 fantasy option. Inactive for the Chiefs are RB Charcandrick West, OG Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, C Mitch Morse, QB Tyler Bray, LB Ramik Wilson, CB D.J. White and DL Roy Miller.

Seahawks DE Cliff Avril (neck, injured reserve) says he's not considering retirement.

Avril said he's getting "numerous" opinions, but that he plans to return for an 11th NFL season in 2018. Coach Pete Carroll is one of the sources who has suggested Avril has played his final down of football. It's always a possibility with neck issues. Due $7.5 million between salary and bonuses next season, Avril turns 32 in April.

Keenan Allen was added to the Chargers' injury report on Thursday, getting in a limited session with a shoulder issue.

It's a new injury for Allen, but the Chargers are likely just being careful. We haven't seen a reason to worry about his Week 7 availability for his tough matchup with Denver. Allen's status will be updated on Friday.
Oct 19 - 6:39 PM

C.J. Prosise (ankle) was upgraded to "full" in Thursday's practice.

Prosise is ready to return after missing Weeks 4 and 5 before the Seahawks' bye. Prosise has been extremely injury prone through his first two seasons as an NFLer, but could carve out a big role relatively quickly if he can stay on the field this time. The Seahawks have gotten close to nothing from Thomas Rawls and Eddie Lacy. Prosise will start out catching passes and changing the pace on early downs.
Oct 19 - 5:55 PM

Wendell Smallwood (knee) is practicing in full for Week 7.

It means he will return for Monday's game against the Redskins after a two-week absence. LeGarrette Blount has been cooking on early downs since Darren Sproles' injury, leaving Smallwood for change-of-pace and passing-down duties. It's unlikely to produce fantasy value in standard leagues.
