Bears declared Alshon Jeffery (hamstring) inactive for Week 4 against the Raiders.
Jeffery was all but ruled out on Friday. The Bears are reportedly optimistic Jeffery will be able to play Week 5 against Kansas City. Chicago also declared T Jermon Bushrod, P Pat O'Donnell, QB David Fales, RB Ka'Deem Carey, C Hroniss Grasu and DL Jeremiah Ratliff inactive for Week 4.
Bucs declared RCB Johnthan Banks, S Major Wright, C Evan Smith, TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE Luke Stocker and WR Russell Shepard inactive for Week 4 against the Panthers.
Banks is week to week with a knee issue. Mike Jennings and Tim Jennings will be the Bucs' starting cornerbacks. The matchup couldn't possibly be juicier for Cam Newton. Brandon Myers is starting at tight end.
Jay Cutler (hamstring) is active for Week 4 against the Raiders.
FOX Sports' Jay Glazer reported Cutler is expected to start. He may not be 100 percent, but even a hobbled Cutler offers more than Jimmy Clausen showed last week. Cutler being under center is a big upgrade for Matt Forte and Martellus Bennett.
Giants LT Ereck Flowers (ankle) is active for Week 4 against the Bills.
Flowers missed Week 3 after rolling his ankle Week 2. The Giants are going to need him against the Bills' strong defense. Inactive for the Giants are WR Victor Cruz (calf), TE Daniel Fells (ankle), LB Jasper Brinkley, S Cooper Taylor, TE Jerome Cunningham, DE Robert Ayers (hamstring), and DT Markus Kuhn.
Eagles declared ILB Kiko Alonso inactive for Week 4 against the Redskins.
Alonso is expected to return in a month after getting good news on his surgically-repaired knee. Philadelphia also declared DE Cedric Thornton, DE Taylor Hart, QB Thad Lewis, OL Julian Vandervelde, OLB Marcus Smith and S Chris Maragos inactive for Week 4.
Allen Hurns (thigh) is active for Week 4 against the Colts.
Hurns missed practice time this week, but was listed as probable. He's a mid-range WR3 in a plus matchup with Colts CB Jalil Brown. Jacksonville's inactives are RG Brandon Linder, DT Sen'Derrick Marks, WR Marqise Lee, TE Julius Thomas, S Sergio Brown, RB Denard Robinson, and DE Chris Smith.
DeMarco Murray (hamstring) is active for Week 4 against the Redskins.
There was a report early Sunday morning Murray may be forced to miss another game. That report turned out to be incorrect, but it does raise concerns about Murray's ability to handle a big workload this week. On the road against a good run defense, Murray is a risky Week 4 play.
Arian Foster is officially active for Week 4 against the Falcons.
Foster figures to share time with Alfred Blue at Atlanta, but we'd be very hard pressed to sit him in re-draft leagues. Foster isn't a DFS option yet. The Texans' Week 4 inactives are WR Jaelen Strong, LB Akeem Dent, WR Chandler Worthy, S Lonnie Ballentine, RB Jonathan Grimes, OLB Kourtnei Brown, and OL Greg Mancz.
