Branden Oliver (hamstring) is practicing in full for Week 7 against the Broncos.

It looks like Oliver is finally ready to return after sitting out the past two weeks with a hamstring injury. He's merely a change-of-pace option behind workhorse Melvin Gordon.

Melvin Gordon (shoulder) was limited at Wednesday's practice.

It's a new injury for Gordon. The limited practice suggests it's a non-issue for Week 7. Gordon struggled against Denver earlier this year, but the Broncos are coming off a 100-plus yard game to Orleans Darkwa.

Lions released DE Datone Jones.

Wednesday brought a flurry of roster activity for the Lions, who released Jones, George Johnson and Caraun Reid while bringing in Bryce Harris, Brad Kaaya and Jacquies Smith. Jones didn't see the field during his eight-day tenure with the Lions. The former first-round pick will hope to resurface as a situational pass-rusher.

Cowboys WLB Sean Lee (hamstring) is practicing fully for Week 7.

Lee is healthy coming off the Cowboys' bye. He's on track to play Sunday against the 49ers after missing two games. Lee's return is a huge upgrade to a struggling run defense.

Vikings coach Mike Zimmer confirmed he doesn't expect Teddy Bridgewater (knee) to play this week.

"We still don’t know where it’s going to go, where that’s going to lead," said Zimmer. "Everybody is excited about Teddy being back, but he’s got a ways to go. He’s probably not going to play this week, so we need to put the brakes on things a little." Bridgewater drew raves from teammates in his first practice since 2015. He's been working in with the first-team offense, but Bridgewater is at least a week away from returning. Case Keenum remains on track to start against Baltimore.
Oct 18 - 6:21 PM

John Brown (quad) has been removed from the Cardinals' injury report.

J.J. Nelson (hamstring) was also removed. Brown's bad quad is officially a thing of the past. The fourth-year wideout has scored in back-to-back weeks, though he's eclipsed 50 yards in only one of his four contests this year.
Oct 18 - 6:12 PM

Andre Ellington (quad) was limited at Wednesday's practice.

Ellington should be able to play through the injury, though his window of fantasy relevance has already come and gone now that Adrian Peterson has seized control of the Cardinals' backfield. He'll be limited to passing-down work Sunday against the Rams.
Oct 18 - 5:59 PM

Ty Montgomery (ribs) is practicing in full for Week 7 against the Saints.

It's an indication that Montgomery made it through Sunday's game without any setbacks. Now splitting work with Aaron Jones, Montgomery finds himself on the RB2/3 borderline for Week 7 against New Orleans.
