Jeremy Hill (knee) is probably for Week 5 against the Seahawks.
Hill was limited in practice all week but is ready to go. This will likely be a "Hill game," as opposed to a Giovani Bernard one, but the numbers don't point to Hill having much success. Cross your fingers for a touchdown.
Karlos Williams (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 5 against the Titans.
As has LeSean McCoy (hamstring), leaving Anthony Dixon and newly-signed Dan Herron atop the depth chart, with Cierre Wood bring up the rear. Dixon will likely get the start, but he and Herron are expected to split carries.
Jordan Reed (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 5.
With a long history of concussions, Reed is still in the league's protocol. Derek Carrier and Anthony McCoy will handle tight end duties against the Falcons.
DeSean Jackson (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 5 against the Falcons.
Jackson returned to individual drills this week but sat out Friday's practice and needs at least another week to recover after going down in Week 1. Jamison Crowder and Ryan Grant will work behind No. 1 receiver Pierre Garcon.
Redskins RCB Chris Culliver (knee) has been ruled out for Week 5 agains the Falcons.
Julio Jones owners salivate. The Redskins will be without both Culliver and LCB DeAngelo Hall (toe), leaving nickel CB Bashaud Breeland atop the depth chart, followed by Justin Rogers and Will Blackmon. After Jones' quiet 4-38 line in Week 4, it could be back to a monster day for the NFL's leading receiver.
Lions DT Haloti Ngata (calf) remained sidelined at practice Friday.
He hasn't practiced at all this week after getting hurt in last Monday night's loss to Seattle. If Ngata can't play, the Lions will be without both he and DT Tyrunn Walker, who broke his leg Monday. It'd be a plus for Chris Johnson.
Packers RT Bryan Bulaga (knee) is expected to return Week 5 against the Rams.
Bulaga absolutely sped through his recovery from a sprained MCL and torn meniscus suffered in Week 2. He was initially expected to miss six weeks. Asked if Bulaga, who returned to practice this week, would play Sunday, coach Mike McCarthy said, "So far, so good. Yes." Don Barclay will head back to the bench.
Crockett Gillmore (calf) remained sidelined at practice Friday.
He hasn't practice since going down in Week 3. Maxx Williams and Nick Boyle will continue to fill Gillmore's shoes Week 5 against the Browns.
